These are the best things for curbing your appetite i have ever purchased. The first time i took them i felt abit sick, dry mouthed and had a fuzzy head but that diddnt last long these symptoms go on at the most for 3 days then after that you feel fine and have no appetite at all. I have lost almost 3 stone taking these now in the first 3 weeks i lost a stone, they realy are worth a try i would recomend them to anyone who wants to loose weight quickly. The downside is a dry mouth, feeling hot alot and they can affect your sleep if you take them late in the day. Other then this i carnt fault actislim platinum and after trying many different weight loss supplements in the past, these have by far given the best and fatest results, well worth there money.

I've had major problems controlling my appetite lately and needed something to take the edge off it. I wouldn't normally resort to pills but after being recommeded these by a friend I decided to give them a go. They've done the trick better than I could have dreamed. I'm actually having to push myself to eat because I'm never hungry. I only take one a day so I expect them to last longer than stated on the bottle. They can make you feel quite jittery and lightheaded at first, which is probably due to the caffeine so do be careful. I've lost 5 pounds in my first week, some of which is probably water weight which is normal with any diet. I expect to reach my target weight before these run out but would definitely buy them again if I needed a bit of help. Absolutely worth the money.

I bought these after receiving positive reviews from friends. I have used many different tablets in the past but using these was scary! I took all doses as instructed, drinking heaps of water, and found that after a day from my first dose I wasn't hungry whatsoever which I will add was fantastic! I will praise the product only for this though! What I also found accompanying my hunger cravings dissapearing was also, headaches and dizziness! I felt terrible and didn't want to move from my bed as when i moved around I was afraid I would pass out! I was extremely concerned for my health so stopped taking after I experienced these symptoms for around 4/5 days, I only kept going to see if I was a bit off that day but the symptoms never went! I would suggest if you are planning to try this product try buying a smaller pack first to help save yourself some cash in case it happens to you. If these work for you then I hope you the best! Tried emailing the company that supplies but have not heard anything back at all. Hopefully someone will read this and issue me a refund.

I find this product very good in taking the edge off of the appetite, although if I take two a day, as recommended, I can sometimes feel a little dizzy and light headed, so I usually take one at about 2.00pm, which seems to work for my lifestyle, and of course works out more economical!

11.5 stone and unhappy. Tried these as my sister recommended them (she lost loads by using actislim). Anyway, used as directed but didn't get any results. Bought more as I thought it must be me so persevere it may just do something. Still no effect. Even took 4 capsules a day. Nothing. I ate nothing but salads with no dressings every day for lunch and carrot sticks as my snacks. My sister said she was only taking the Ultras, so I bought them too. Still 11.5 stone - so make your own mind up. I think it only works for certain people, don't know what the difference is because I not only bought for myself but for my son too and it's worked for him. Albeit, I don't exercise, I work full time, get in late and look after my other two little ones. I'm giving it one last try on the actislim nights as another friend said they helped her lose weight. Then looks like I'm back to being fat and just getting on with life in the fat lane.

It's my first day using these so I'm not sure if it's because I'm new to them but about 2 hours after taking them, I started with what feels like a heavy feeling in my chest, uncomfortable..very hot sweat came on and sickness! :/ got me feeling very worried as my heart rate is slightly higher. Not sure if I should carry on taking them...we shall see :/
