I can't get the headphones to charge on the stand, the charge light comes on briefly and then goes off again, what am I doing wrong ?

Hi Shane, Youtube set up videos are often a great help to see if anything has been missed at all, although it does sound like there may be an issue as once placed on the stand(providing they are not already fully charged) they should charge without any trouble. Does the unit plug into red & white sockets on the TV so that one person can listen on headphones & another person can listen without headphones?

I think it depends on your TV, on ours I use the adapter to make the Red and white plugs in to a singe jack plug and insert this in to the TV earphone socket. i then use the Sennheiser headphones while the rest of the people listen to the TV Speakers (or we can mute the TV loudspeakers and only i listen to the broadcast

If the transmitter is not connected by cable to the tv can they be used to connect Bluetooth to a phone or kindle while the tv is being used for someo

they do not connect to other bluetooth items, just transmitter to headphone with a range of 40 metres I think

I presume the unit plugs into a TV (for example). In that case, can another person with normal hearing hear the sound without headphones?

I bought these for mum, they do plug into the back of the TV. You can listen to the TV sound as normal or when you turn the headphones on it diverts the sound to the headphones and no one else can hear the sound from the TV ??? Does that answer your question?
