Value for money.
Given the cost it’s a decent product for the cost however it was damaged in transit and no remote was in box or the bolts to fix to ceiling so again had to send back.

Faulty and used product advertised as New
Arrived faulty and used when listed as new. Scratch marks all over and when contacted customer services for a refund they said they phoned and emailed me about a partial refund which is a liar as I never got a phone call or email!!! Avoid!!

Poor! Remote doesn’t work
Poor item. Remote doesn’t work and company won’t send out new remote. Have to uninstall whole item to return to get replacement which is ridiculous. And communication with company is poor along with Amazon customer service. Would not recommend.
