It's versatile and serves a good purpose if you have multiple needs as I do. The rotating socket is a good idea, but it's too loose and seems to canter the device too often with the slightest movement.

I found this very useful for connecting multiple devices to the wall without the added bulk of a power strip. It has a nice green icon turned on to indicate it has power, not too bright though which is very convenient at night. It has a surge protection function, but personally I do not expect it to do much if a surge does happen without knowing the electrical parameters of the included protective device. Nevertheless, it does what it says and looks attractive too. The USB-C port inclusion is a smart move, some devices nowadays come with a usb-c to usb-c power cable and this will come in handy. It feels solidly built, and I have not noticed an increase in energy usage due to it being connected inline with the power draw. Does not feel warm or shows sign of anything of concern. It is super easy to install, and despite the picture shown in the advert, you can install it in the lower socket of the wall receptacle and still use the upper socket for something else. Some of these things cover the whole receptacle, this one does not. It is a snap to use, just plug it in and go. I would caution that before you decide to purchase, do consider the additional depth this adds to the wall receptacle. If the receptacle is behind an appliance or furniture, you may not have enough space to use the sockets on the front of this unit. Keep that in mind.
