I purchased this spring mattress and within one month it started making loud noise whenever I wake up, turn, or even stand on it. The spring noise is very irritating and completely disturbs sleep. A new mattress should not have such problems so early. This clearly feels like a quality or manufacturing issue. What is even more disappointing is that I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but no one has replied yet. There has been no response, no follow-up, and no solution provided so far. Due to the noise, comfort is badly affected and sleep quality is ruined. I am very unhappy with both the product quality and customer service. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone.

Good product with excellent comfort

The quality is absolutely fantastic as mentioned. And packaging was quite good. When it's get delivered to my home I sow it was comprised and vaccum in plastic and it was folded. Because it was folded when it arrived, the side that was folded still has a slight crease on the edge, and it's still like that now. It's been three days since it arrived. I thought it would straighten out on its own after a while, but it hasn't. But it was very easy to install.

Size is not as described , Thichness is of 1 Inch short. Edges are not up to the shape. Edges are not getting to actual shape of mattress.

When you stand on it i goes in entirely but when you sleep the only body part has weight sinks little bit and gives you whole body perfect support. Cons: white color outer fabric forces us to have mattress cover immediately. I will update this review if i notices any problem furing its entire tenure. Hope so it will last for at least 6 to 7 years without an issue. They have provided warranty of 8 years.
