This product has made a huge difference to me. I hadn't really been able to do much more than just walk due to a torn cartilage and inflamed medial knee ligament for well over a year. My knee feels so much more secure in the brace and this coupled with some orthopedic insoles to correct my ankle roll has been transformational. Wearing the brace I have been playing competitive sport again and going to the gym. I'm so happy, it's well built, it is also very easy to wash (the metal bits can simply be slid out) and It even fits under my cricket whites and I can bat in it with pads on. The only thing was one of the metal bits felt a bit long and was a bit uncomfortable against my pretty wide calves. I found that just adjusting the metal slightly has done the trick. Not cheap but well worth the money. I have since bought other products in this brand to help prevent hamstring and groin pulls, and they too are excellent.

These shorts feel secure and supportive. I heard a couple of threads snap when I first put them on, but to be fair, I can see no sign of damage or wear.

I have problems with impingement both femurs into hip. Trying to train regularly but having problems. Searched for spica support but only found these for boys. Ordered a size small. I am female. Felt the support as soon as I put them on. Got a bit confused which way round. Label to front or back? Worked it out. Label to front. Tried some squats. Instantly felt the difference. Brilliant. Yes did experience some stitch snapping but the material still holds femurs in place. Ordered another pair straight away. Very pleased. Answer to my prayers. Shame they are only marketed as men’s.

I have a Labral hip tear in other words torn a bit of cartilage. I’m waiting for it to be injected and wasn’t able to do get around. Got a pair of these and helped more than paracetamol!!! Really supportive and fit well I bought a 2nd pair so can swap and wash them Yes the elastic made some snappy noises when I put them on but I’m very pleased with them

Like many others have said, the stitching is very weak, and some snaps almost every time you put them on for the first few weeks. Hopefully they'll last a while as they're quite expensive, but we'll see. Compression wise, best compression shorts I've had. Tried loads of others brands off amazon and fitness sites, and they're just not tight enough or thick enough and don't compress. If they last, then highly recommend, if they don't, it's up to you whether they're worth the repeated purchase when they get holes. --------- Update Nov 2022: Having worn both pairs once a week on rotation since buying, both pairs are still in one piece, stitching is no longer snapping, compression is still good. The only difference is they are riding up the thigh a little bit, but having been worn for the past 6 months that's not too surprising. They don't ride up to a point that they're uncomfortable or need pulling down, but it is noticeable, it's OK though.

These are just what I need as I have had a lot thigh injuries of late. They fully support my hips and thighs and give me added confidence in my Pilates and Yoga classes. I do not need to wear a thigh support to give me the confidence that these give me. Although tight, they are very comfortable and once I've worn them for a short while I don't know I've got them on they are so re-assuring and comfortable.

Good overall compression - much better than normal compression shorts as the material is better and due to the stitching pattern. Would have given it 5 other than some of the stitching being weak - very good product if you need additional support when doing gym stuff.

I was suprised how good is it compare my other brands like Nike Pro compression shorts. Quality and material very strong and doing the job as good as Nike (for double price) if not better. The most important thing is that, these shorts holds your male parts on place very well, so wearing in the gym you dont need to adjust your things there even if you have a long training. Im using these for leg days and deadlift and I feel the extra support on my hamstrings and glutes. For this price I bought here it worth every pennies. The manufacturer own webshop sell these on more higher price.

Used for rugby. Very good and nice tight feel for support. Only issue u need to wash in a wash bag as the sewing gets worn out very easily.

I'm a big old guy with a 40" waist and thick thighs. I bought these shorts to hold everything together for a rugby tournament and they DID THE JOB. No groin pulls, no tears, no hip issues....locked in solid and went to work. Worth every penny.

I am a runner, and sustained a mid level hamstring strain doing speed work. I tried several different brands of compression shorts, but none excpt these provided the level of compression that I wanted/needed for my injury. The heavier "wrap" section of the shorts gives excellent support in the quad, groin and hamstring area. I just ordered a second pair of these, the best testimonial I know to their effectiveness. The other brands may look cool, but if you need heavier duty compression support, without having to use an Ace bandage, these are the ones you want.
