My wife is 5’1” and weighs around 160, what size should I get for her?

I tried this coat which is very well made and nice designed, but... I had to send it back two times (they were very nice accepting that and giving free shipping) because of size. I am 5'3", weight 150, L size did not fit. All other brands I wear M size.

What is the return policy?

When I bought this coat in September 2019, it was free shipping for return. I am not sure now.
