Cheap Prius gen 3 battery
Great price for a Prius gen 3 12v battery. So far seems to be working as should. Would recommend

Voltage/power was low out the box! Charged it and days later...same thing!
So, it came well packaged. Battery was secured nicely and it was laying on it's side. Looks new! I had it in my house a few days before installing it. Nothing was wrong with my other battery but It was several years old and I didn't want to risk it. It's just my way of having smooth transitions, especially with car batteries. The problem is, I installed it and warning lights pop up on the dash, further testing using the hybrid app shows low voltage/power and it compromised/hybrid system. I charged it and the codes cleared. A few days later the same thing happening. I switched back to my old battery and all is well. I'm going to have to look elsewhere. I was warned by a friend who had a similar bad experience and didn't listen, because I've had ACDelco batteries with no issues. Extremely disappointed! It's getting hard to find well made products! I'm not sure if it's rushed manufacturing or something else entirely.
