This set of dough knives are usefully and legibly marked with cm and inch scales and measurement equivalents. On the inch scale side, there is a bevel, which isn't on most dough knives, and the scale is nicely cut into the bevel. The bevel makes a sharper working edge which makes cutting and scraping more efficient. The wood handles make for a nice working feel.
