This black leather has a slight odor i assume from the setting of coloration, but it's not super strong. The color is nice and deep black, exactly as pictured. It appears to be a full piece with no spotches or holes. This will be perfect for my project, and is the idea thickness, very thin, soft, and flexible. If this is what youre looking for, I highly recommend 5/5 stars

This leather sheepskin works great for my bookbinding projects. As other reviewers have mentioned, it does arrive with some fold lines, but the manufacturer includes clear instructions on how to remove them. That said, I do wish they’d consider shipping the hides rolled up in tubes instead of folded — especially since that’s the very method they recommend for storage. Aside from that minor issue, I’m very happy with the product overall. The quality of the leather exceeded my expectations — no holes, thin spots, or unusable areas. It cut and tooled beautifully, and the surface finish looks clean and professional. The price is fair, and it’s incredibly convenient to be able to order the exact leather I need through Amazon without worrying about quality. Highly recommend for crafters or bookbinders looking for a reliable sheepskin option.

This is exactly what I wanted. I’ve been buying from all the sellers and on line unfortunately to return each piece, this one’s perfect became on time and it’s soft to smooth. It’s thin. I think I gotta get you for what I paid for it. The quality is really good.

Lovely buttery soft thin leather. Perfect for flexible bags or apparel. Not a tooling leather! As advertised, no holes, no imperfections, and a nice even black color. My only negative impression is the leather is sent nicely folded, but the fold creases are highly visible and unless they can be ironed out with a barely warm iron, will mar the tech gear bag I’m making.

The leather came evenly dyed and very soft to the touch. The leather came in an exceptional condition and I purchased more from them. I am using the leather to make the underside of an Apple Watch strap.

Under sized no where near 7-9 sent back for replacement have bought from before last hide was allot better. Replacement came was same size. The quality is great but the size wasn't big enough to do the project I planned for it. I will find a different supplier as this one relies on people not measuring what they are buying.

Very nice, and better than I expected. The color, weight, and feel of this leather is perfect. I'm excited to get started on the zipper pouches I'm making for Christmas gifts.

Gorgeous and supple. It does have creases but it came in a huge box, they tried.

Terrible. Many scuffs which made it impossible to use.

This leather is beautiful and so soft, easy to work with while making my teddy bears.
