Very good bcaa, but do not take lemon, take orange flavour.

Love the taste, I take during workout. I find without it my recovery is slower and I feel DOMs for longer. I recommend to all my friends if training hard.

Glad to have purchased this. I feel good taking this and makes me feel positive inside. Furthermore my muscle recover faster and muscle pain reduce really quick... This is not like Jack 3d. Or no xplode , but when I take this I feel much stronger and have more stamina in the gym. I usually just take a t spoon with a glass of water 2 to 3 times a day and feel great . Also makes you feel more hydrated as well. Good product for ppl who train at gym or have a engineering type of job and busy throughout the day. it definitely gives you the extra edge. You can also take this before bed time it won't keep you awake all night .. it's a weird supplement which gives you the extra power without feeling hype up. It's more like a mental booster, and for recovery.

Has a really good BCAA profile and I found that it mixed really easily. Down side is that it does look a little like pee in your shaker. Unfortunately the lemon flavour is probably the worst BCAA suppliment taste I've ever had and I think ive tried around 6 or 7 by now. If you're taste sensitive I would strongly avoid this product.

My first trial of this product Tried before workout Let's just say the taste lingers . ew! I had lemon flavor . I was taking amino energy before. And intend to take xplode on workout days after workout. So I may not have to have the flavor disturb my workout . Hopefully the ingredient s will do there job DESPITE the taste, Only time will tell !

Das hier ist ein gut lösliches BCAA Pulver im üblichen Verhältnis von 2:1:1 mit kleinem Vitamin B6 Bonus (ja, genau das Zeug, was auch in Energy-Drinks enthalten ist). Achja, Glutamin haben die Jungs und Mädels von Olimp auch noch reingepackt. Das wiederum fördert den Gewebeaufbau/die Geweberegeneration. Zur "Wirkung" von BCAA's im Allgemeinen gibt es hier nicht viel zu sagen, da schon mehrfach geschehen. Neben Creatin und Eiweißshakes gehören BCAA's wohl unbestritten zu den sinnvollsten Supplementen überhaupt. Die Löslichkeit in Wasser ist sehr gut. Pulver ins Glas, Wasser rein, kurz schwenken und gelöst ist das Pulver. Ein Löffel zum Verrühren ist idR. unnötig. Der Geschmack war anfangs... extrem gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ein ähnliches Erlebnis hatte ich mit dem Proteinshake von Mammut: Am Anfang extrem eklig bis kurz vor Brechreiz. Aber wie auch beim Proteinshake hat das BCAA nach 3-4 Tagen in Folge plötzlich angefangen richtig gut zu schmecken. Daraus schließe ich, dass entweder die betroffenen Geschmacksknospen abgestorben sind, oder mein Körper gemerkt hat, dass das Zeugs gar nicht so verkehrt ist. Oder ich wurde zum Opfer der Macht der Gewohnheit ;) . Alles in allem habe ich mit diesem Pulver ein sehr schmackhaftes pre-workout-Erfrischungsgetränk mit wertvollen Inhaltsstoffen. Kaufempfehlung!

Löst sich gut auf, schmeckt mir (in etwa so wie dieser Granulat Lemon Eistee) und ich habe wirklich das Gefühl es pushed leicht beim Training. Ja ich kenne den Placebo Effekt, denke aber tatsächlich ich merke was.

Also erstmal vorweg, ich gehe 4 mal die Woche ins Studio und trainiere echt hart. Aber ich bin der Meinung, dass BCAA's supplen nicht notwendig ist. Ich habe es mehr als Motivation gesehen, als das ich wirklich die Wirkung spüren konnte. Meiner Meinung nach für Anfänger wie mich (100KG Bankdrücken, 100 KG Kreuzheben und 70 kg Kniebeugen) nicht notwenig. Vielleicht als Motivationsschub (Placebo) zu gebrauchen, dafür aber recht teuer. Ordentlich Essen und genug Protein danach reichen da aus. Aber nur eine Meinung von vielen. Probiert es einfach aus, vielleicht ist es bei Euch ja anders

Geschmacklich lässt sich wohl auch nicht viel verändern da der Geschmack vom Arginin einfach schrecklich ist :D aber Geschmack ist individuell daher nicht in der Bewertung mit aufgenommen. Qualität stimmt. Preis Leistung ist auch akzeptabel.

Vorab, es ist mein erstes BCAA Pulver [Zitrone], das ich bisher genommen habe. Die Wirkung ist top, erhöhte Regeneration sowie bessere Leistung im Training, alles super. Großer Makel aus meiner Sicht ist jedoch sowohl der (widerliche) Geschmack als auch die schlechte Verflüssigung des Pulvers: Es bleiben im normalen Shaker grobe Körner übrig. Fazit: Für den Preis in Ordnung, aber ich würde es nicht wieder kaufen.
