One of the worst pieces of flat-plack that I have had the misfortune to have to put together. At first glance the finish of the pieces look good. However the pieces did not slot together cleanly so I had to find a chisel and make holes bigger and dove tails smaller. The holes did not line up so when putting in the last screw, it burst through the wood and ruined the finish where the clothing would be resting. the whole job took a lot londer than expected. Clearly, nobody checked that the pieces fit cleanly! Waste of money.

Unfortunately this is a flat pack to be assembled. I have assembled many flat packs in the last few years, and everyone of them had diagrams showing the pieces by numbers, which was easy to follow. This flat pack does not even tell you how many pieces there are, and the pieces are NOT marked, for instance A, or B, or 1 and 2. I am not happy but what can i do? Pay someone who is knowledgeable in that field to assemble for me. Added 03/01/2026 just picking it up, to clean my house, the top portion came apart. So i would suggest strengthening that portion with glue or screws.

Flimsy, useless. The product quality is shocking - the surface and paint finish uneven and the paint flakes off when assembling. The engineering of the product is also poor: the fitting of wooden parts is poor - need to force a square end into a square hole which isn’t quite as big - paint flakes off as a result. The vertical posts are fixed to the base through studs - but the nuts end up not on a flat surface. The grand finale came when doing one of the screws, one of the posts split in half. In a nutshell: it’s the worst piece of furniture I’ve ever came across

Not strong or sturdy but does the job

This product is not sturdy at all. The material is so thin. There is no attachment between 2 compartments so especially the front compartment shakes even with a gentle touch. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Very nice white wood. The item is easy to assemble, it takes about 10-15 minutes. It's not the sturdest type, but a great value for money and looks wonderful! I thought an additional piece of wood is needed to connect the two parts/hangers and make them more stable, however this would impact the lenght availability. If you hang a jacket you would need all the lenght, so it makes sense as it is. I bought a 2nd one soon after the first delivery!

If I could give zero stars - I would. This product is cheap and nasty. I ordered the white clothes horse and it was really bad. My 2 year old could have done a better job painting the wood. Virtually impossible to assemble as the wood finish catches you with splinters. Needless to say it went straight into the bin. It’s not safe and should really not be something fit for sale. I have notified customer services who have been made away of this defective item. Avoid at all costs.

An unmitigated piece of crap. Almost impossible to assemble, and if you manage to do so, it's rickety, fragile and unstable. Can I get a refund?

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von diesem Herrendiener. Das Holz ist extrem schlecht verarbeitet, überall raue Stellen und schiefe Bohrungen. Schon beim Aufbau ist ein Teil gebrochen, obwohl ich sehr vorsichtig war. Eine Anleitung lag natürlich auch nicht bei, was den Aufbau zusätzlich erschwert hat. Am Ende steht ein wackeliges, schiefes Gestell da, das aussieht, als wäre es aus Restholz zusammengeschraubt. Qualitativ ist das Ganze eine Katastrophe – absoluter Müll. Wäre das Teil nicht kaputt gegangen, hätte ich es auf jeden Fall sofort zurückgeschickt. Ich kann nur jedem abraten, dieses Produkt zu kaufen. Das ist rausgeschmissenes Geld!

Worst quality ever! Couldn’t imagine that someone can sell this to people! Wood is terrible quality, already all Damaged, unstable. Not usable at all! Don’t order it!

El producto tiene un acabado muy pobre, con un diseño frágil que deja mucho que desear. Al ensamblarlo, noté que una de las patas queda coja, lo que afecta a la estabilidad. Además, la madera se agrieta fácilmente al atornillar, lo que evidencia la baja calidad de los materiales. No suelo escribir reseñas en Amazon, pero en esta ocasión me siento obligado a advertir a futuros compradores para que eviten este producto. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
