Good boards
These things work really well. Upload as fast as any Arduino boards.

These had the correct boot loader and worked just fine.
I had purchased ones off eBay that were of super low quality and used a Mini USB connector (the big clunky one from the last decade). The USB connection was intermittent. The usb C connector is great and I have tons of these and you don't have to worry about the orientation when you plug it in. The low reviews for the boot load whole now be ignore because if the was a problem the vendor has fixed and they come right up with out issue.

The part in the description that says the bootloader is present is a lie.
No bootloader. Useless garbage, unless you're really into digging through forums to try to find a way to add the bootloader. I have not been successful.

Using this for building a CAN bus reader.

Running on old bootloader
It looks like these Nanos are loaded with the original Nano bootloader. To upload sketches, you'll have to go to Tools -> Processor -> change the setting to ATMega328P (Old Bootloader) in the Ardruino IDE. The good news is that you can use a board with the old bootloader to upload the the current boatloader to another board. There's a great video by a channel called "Design Build Destroy." Search for "Arduino Bootloader Update or Install" Note: if you're flipping back and forth between updating and testing in the Arduino IDE, the Processor setting is global to all open windows but the selected processor displayed in Tools -> Processor won't reflect the change. The update is super simple but that setting really threw me off. The new bootloader download sketches at twice the speed of the old bootloader so it's worth the update. Regarding the drivers on Win11: Both the CH340 3.4 and 3.8 drivers seem to work fine. I did have an issue where Windows used another COM port driver I had installed on my PC but once I installed the CH340 driver everything was fine. I also tested on another PC and Win11 installed the 3.8 driver on it's own. A side note: These will work with MobiFlight once the bootloader is updated.

Bootloader and wrapped in ESD bags
Verified bootloaders and individually wrapped in ESD bags. At least they look like ESD bags.

If you have the know how and setup to program the board, then this might be a deal. I assumed all of them would be programmed but only was. It was a huge waste of time because I thought I didnt have the right settings.
