The safety protector really works!
I bought these 4 gauge cables hoping they wouldn't melt like cheaper cables sometimes do. The long cables are amazing! It was 80 degrees yesterday. This morning it dropped down to the 30's. I saw a man with his hood up. I asked him if he needed a jump start. He replied yes, but he was confused because his car was blocked in from all sides including the front. I pulled my car directly behind his Suv. With the long cables I was able to boost his battery with no problems. I was impressed with the safety protection. The light turned green and then I knew everything was connected correctly on my car. My wife's car has thebattery in the trunk. Sometimes jumper cables don't connect easily.
