Take care, this puppy is needle point sharp and has a fair bit of weight behind it. It is well made of thoroughly stainless steel - but DO NOT lose the cap for the spikey end... and do not leave it anywhere a small child or an accident prone partner could accidentally drop it - it might go right through their foot! The loopy end is less useful for spots, but good for blackheads and general scraping I love it and would recommend it, but take extreme care - and keep it clean, or you will end up with a face like a welders bench!

Didn’t really help me as I didn’t have a blemish close to the surface as I didn’t want to cause damage. Can see this being helpful with usual white spots that need a little help. Be very careful, incredibly sharp.

I tried cryotherapy on little milia on my cheekbone but it has left a dark brown mark and a huge scab. Crypthetapy was meant to be painless but it burned for a few minutes. There was no way I could use it on my eyelid. I paid £90 for cryotherapy and it was a waste of money. I bought this little pack to use on my eyelid and inner corner of eye. It was perfect! Results were faster and it didn’t even cost me much. Was very satisfying to see it come out so quick. Definitely recommend!

I think it would work better for regular spots. Isn't sharp enough for milia. It did work in the end because i'm stubborn but took lots of jabbing and twisting and it hurt quite a bit! It seems good quality, well made and nicely packaged.

It feels like a nice tool but the pointy end just isn't that pointy. It's pretty much useless.

I’ve had a milia on my face near my eye for ages but put off trying to remove it myself as it was so close to my eye. I’ve removed others myself before using a plain old needle and squeezing it but of course that’s not ideal. Anyway, having looked at professional removal I shied away from a £200 bill and took a chance on this kit. Was brilliant and did the job within a few minutes. Comes in a neat little pouch and will no doubt be useful again in the future 🙂

Excellent, excellent, excellent! This lancet and loop is a very professional, medical grade dermatologists product. The lancet is extremely sharp, which makes it easy to pierce the skin on whiteheads and milia without causing any bleeding or pain. The loop is strong and not too thin, which makes it very sturdy when applying pressure to the pimples. I was able to extract blemishes without leaving any red marks or indentations on my face. Very impressed with this product, by far the best lancet I've ever used.

Great set presented in a case to keep all the implements safe and there is a good range of different tips all good quality.The only thing is I have yet to actually get them to work removing a blackhead but will keep trying!

I like to metal feeling of this tools, but they could be made more better, specially sharp point should be more accurate.

Wow! I ordered a pimple popper & what arrived was this beautiful, shiny, quality instrument well protected in a see-through packet...with instructions! This is a perfectly weighted, quality instrument with a nice, sturdy oval shaped metal loop protruding from 1 end. It is big enough to encircle milia, pimples, etc. without using fingernails & risking infection. The opposite end of the tool itself is smoothly shaped into a fine, sturdy point that won’t bend or break but yet is at least as sharp as a needle, protected with a plastic cap. I could hardly wait to use it. Being a RN makes me very conscious of causing infection. This avoids that problem. I like to scrape the top off pus filled pimples for easier extraction. Just wipe end of point with alcohol & rub alcohol over protrusion...no germs. The tip is soooo sharp that you hardly feel it when you (almost surgically) puncture & remove the top skin. After you alcohol the opposite end you place the loop around the protrusion & push. “Pop” & wipe. No more pus & no reinfection from using your hands. Do you know what the best part is? IT WAS FUN!!!

I ordered it to remove one milia under my eyes. I didn't expect this would disappear within 3,4 days after using this lil tool ! First day I punctured super gently with the tool shown in the picture and then I didn't touch it for the whole day. I massage my eyes with a very mild rice flour and honey exfoliator in a circular motion. Next day again I poked that milia under eyes and then again massage with exfoliator. Then after 3 days I was successful in removing that pop under my eyes. It is that easy to get rid of that milia. We all deserve the best glowing face
