Excellent product. Helps cramps. May burn your tummy a little but the pain relief is worth it.

They work and they work well. Be careful upon removal. Mine took skin off and caused scars. But removing while in shower makes 100% difference. Great for glhotel travel....

These really stay warm for 12 hours. They are a life saver for me. I have lower back pain and these are like having a heating pad on to go where ever you go! Totally recommend.

Ok not what was expected

These patches have been a life safer when at work for both my back pain and stomach pain from the monthly.

If you have major period cramps or have back pains during mother nature’s monthly visit these are an absolute must! They work well enough for me to even use with back pain. I have put these on, fallen asleep for a couple of hours, and woken up with them still being hot. I attempted to use the midol patches and compare them and I can say these absolutely blow midol’s patch out of the water!
