I’m not loving these patches. Every time I open the packet, one patch is always at the bottom in a ton of liquid. Then it’s hard to make it stick.

I don’t feel much effect. The liquid that’s in the pack just slides off the eye masks itself. Not too sure how much is really absorbed in when they are vertically stacked in box compared to those that come horizontally stacked in a container.

I like these, they do help with moisture and puffiness around the eyes, however, I accidentally left them on for 30 mins and my eyes were more puffy and the skin felt irritated. 10-15 mins is perfect **EDIT: The company reached out to me so overall I would say excellent customer service.

I love these things. They de-poof my under eyes leaving me looking refreshed. Also used them last year as stocking stuffers for teachers. No complaints were made. Good product
