Wooden Wall Clock with Retro Design, 11 Inches Round Wall Clocks Battery Operated Silent Non-Ticking, Big Arabic Numerals, for Kitchen Living Room Classroom Gym and Pool, Brown

I was looking for a battery-operated wall-mounted clock to replace an old one which stopped working. I spent quite a bit of time here on Amazon (as I always do) and came across this one. I read several reviews which claimed that the clock had “Good time for share” printed on its face but, as Amazon's product page picture showed nothing of the sort, and feeling that this clock was just what I wanted, I took a chance and ordered one. I thought that, if the one I received had that silly saying printed on its face, I could always return it. In the event, the clock I received had no "statement" printed on its face; it looks exactly like the one in Amazon's picture. There is one thing which "may" be problematic: the instructions say that I should use a carbon-zinc rather than an alkaline one. I do not own any carbon-zinc batteries; I own only Amazon Basics Alkaline Batteries with which I have always been satisfied. So that is what I inserted into the clock. Frankly, I have never seen any such recommendation before and I can't imagine what an alkaline battery would do to a clock that a carbon-zinc battery wouldn't also do. Therefore I am ignoring that recommendation. The clock has been running for about thirty hours so far and all seems fine. (If something goes wrong, I'll update this review.) The second-hand moves smoothly and the clock is completely silent. It is also apparently keeping good time. So far, I am completely pleased with this clock. It is stylish and looks nice in my room, it is easy to read, and it appears to be very well-made (and the frame is wood). Therefore I will VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this clock to you, especially at Amazon's current price of just $36.77. i think that's an excellent price for a clock of this quality. I like my new clock. It seems of better quality of other inexpensive clocks, is affordable and very attractive.

I am happy with my clock. It looks nice on the wall. Other reviews have mentioned the saying "good time for sharing" on the lower part of the face of the clock. It's cheesy and unnecessary but, as my clock sits up high on the wall of my kitchen, it isn't really noticed. I really like that the clock frame is made of real wood and not plastic. It keeps time well. Overall I am happy with the clock. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the goofy saying on the face of the clock. Still, I am glad I bought it and the price was very reasonable.

This is a beautiful eleven-inch diameter, turn of the century looking wall clock. It runs silently and has a second hand. The wood surround and glass front make it appear much more expensive than I paid on Amazon. No more squinting up close at the microwave's or stove's tiny digital screens. And I usually don't have an extra hand to check my phone for the time while loading the DW or prepping dinner. Well done.

Our original clock quit. We ordered this as a replacement. It’s a step up from what we had. It’s attractive and keeps time well. AND we can’t hear the ticking!!!!!!

Pretty clock. Nice star hanger with four prongs. Seems pretty stable on the wall. The clock company recommends zinc carbon batteries and not alkaline. They say the clock will run fast with alkaline and has a better chance of leaking from the batteries. So far so good. I would say good value for the money.

Well made clock. The writing on the front says "Good time for share" which is interesting but who sees it up close! I am very happy with it.

Orologio preciso ,visibile e conforme alle caratteristiche ,tranne che la cornice non è in legno ma in plastica simil legno e pertanto il costo è elevato rispetto al valore.
