I'm not even joking. I originally got this for my teen daughter as I wasn't trying to break the bank especially if this gets ruined *fingers crossed * (if you know teens you know what I'm saying) .. BUT it turns out I'm actually using this camera as MY go-to. I have a canon dslr that I bought when I was an over ambitious family memory maker but that $700 camera is sitting on the storage shelf and I find myself grabbing this camera EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Who would've thought?There's so many settings, and the ease of use is on-point. I actually ended up getting two so I didn't have to keep sharing with my daughter. She loves it too-and that's saying a lot with picky teens.I could go on forever but honestly I'm not one for all the jazz. This camera has it all-Great battery lifeA+ quality of picturesLots of features, it really does it allCompact but feels good in your hands: well made-durableAnd I'll end it with my favorite feature- THE SCREEN! It opens up for easy viewing and is super helpful for those family photos or videos so everyone - even mama can get in and see how it comes out while you pose or record.I couldn't be more satisfied, and that's a lot considering the market now a days. Great buy for sure! One of those things you just want to spread the word about, so here I am.

We purchased this camera to use on our vacation. Was wanting a little more than what we could do with our cell phone cameras.The camera took nice quality pictures. (At least when my wife took them... I'm to shaky) The camera couldn't quite handle my shaky hands. Images seemed to be a bit blurred or out of focus. But again, when my wife took pictures they turned out beautifully. At least to us.For the minimal cost of the camera you get your money's worth in quality, capabilities, options and simplicity.It comes packaged well. You get a professionally packaged item. The camera itself came in a carry bag inside a box. In a separate box there were 2 cables, camera to TV and charging cable and a carry strap that attaches to the camera. In the main box there were 2 batteries (charged) and a SIM card along with a lens cap. (I gotta admit, I wish the lens cap had been on the camera instead of just in the box). You also had a small booklet of operational instructions which were descent enough to follow.All in all would I buy another one if I had to? Yep!And this product is worth recommending to others. SHOP NO FURTHER if you're looking for a simple good quality camera.

So disclaimer, let me put this first: I was shopping for a similar camera, I had one in my cart in fact, and then amazon came along and said "lightning deal order within the next ten minutes and save x%" and I thought, well hey it looks like a decent offer and kinda did that in the requisite time limit without being able to spend the requisite time to actually learn what I was buying. Shame on amazon. It does lower my overall rating to a 1 it might otherwise be a 2 if I wasn't bamboozled. But on to the product.This is deceptive looking. It's got a display and what looks like a nice lens, but on close inspection you'll find it is literally more smoke than mirrors.The picture quality is about par to a digital camera of late 20th century. Grainy, even in almost ideal lighting. Videos are miserable. My particular camera didn't record any audio for any of the videos I took. The SD card it came with is not like the one in the photo, it is a micro card in an adapter and, I got card errors from the camera itself. I used another card I had to test how good it was, and it just isn't. Don't bother.

Used this on a trip so I wouldn't take up phone storage. Worked well taking multiple pictures and videos. Had no problems and didn't even need the extra battery. Fair price and quality, simple to use!

I purchased this camera about a month or so before a family vacation in 2023. From my experience, this is a great camera for beginners. It’s rather easy to use, takes quality pictures for a low cost, and is easy to carry around with you. It is made of a durable plastic, from the feel of it. The camera has multiple modes and includes the ability to take video as well. Overall, there are definitely higher grade cameras out there and I’m sure they have even more functions and such, but if you’re looking for an affordable camera to get started in a new hobby, then I believe you’ve found a good one to get started with! 💯
