Great value for money

I’ve been using this hair gel for over a year now, and it’s become a staple in my routine. It’s very lightweight but still effective, giving a natural hold without weighing my hair down. It doesn’t leave my hair greasy or sticky, which is a huge plus. I’ve also had no issues with my scalp — no itchiness, flakes, or buildup even with regular use. Because it’s lightweight, the hold doesn’t last for several hours, but that’s expected and works fine for my needs. It’s perfect for a softer, more natural look rather than a strong, all-day hold. Overall, it’s very good value for money and great for everyday use!

Great size, awesome product for my hair

I have wavy, medium-fine hair and this product is great for curly girl hair scrunching technique. Creates a good cast and does not leave crunchy. I have quite sensitive skin and it does not irritate. I get the bigger pots as they are good value for money. Other people might be disappointed if they are looking for strong or extra strong hold as it is a bit gentler than something like Shockwaves. Overall, for me and what I want, I won’t buy anything else. Would recommend.

I have 2c/3a hair and have been transitioning using the curly girl method for over 6 months now. The past month I’d lost a lot of definition because I’d been over moisturising my hair and not using any protein until recently (a beginners mistake). My hair is also easily weighed down so I wanted a strong styling product I would only need to use a little of. And on top of that I have a very sensitive dry scalp so Ecostyler had a lot to contend with! However I’m very happy to say I have found my holy grail product. My hair has never looked so defined, my curls are popping all over my head. I love the consistency - it’s thick and you can tell it gives a good hold when you rub it between your fingers but as you spread it over your hands it becomes thin and not sticky. A little goes a long way so whatever amount you usually use half it and then add more if needed as you go. It didn’t create a crunchy cast, there was a bit of a cast but I just scrunched it out as I normally would. It didn’t affect my scalp, most gels do so I was impressed. The one down side is it is not very moisturising. For me this is fine, I don’t need a lot of extra moisture but I do think in future I’ll use a little leave in before applying. Also if your hair doesn’t like protein I imagine this will make it feel like straw. But if it does it’s fantastic plus it’s great value for money I was so shocked by how big the tub was and you barely need to use any.

This item was handed over by the delivery driver & opened immediately. It felt squishy & one end felt slimy. When I made the first cut to open, it was oozing substance. I recorded as I was concerned my paint had exploded, but this wasn’t paint, it was hair gel & the whole tub was smashed. I have tried to ask for a refund & there is no way of getting a refund or replacement. The gel went everywhere & we had to bin it. This product wasn’t cheap & I am frustrated there is no way to get a replacement or refund. It also smelt weird, not like ones we have brought before. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Product is good, good value for money, Would be better if half of it wasn’t all over the box when it arrived
