Limescale is full on!
I am a builder by trade in UK London. Bought the product that later on found for half price in amazon again. More than a year old now easy to install but work nothing, yes! No result at all! My shower screen is full of limescale not even a bit less than before installation.

I purchased this item way back in June of 2018. It has performed really well ever since, and my family and I are very happy with the cleanliness and flavor of our water. I also appreciate that a filter like this extends the life of my appliances, like my water heater, house humidifier, and dishwasher by keeping rusty or dirty water out of my water lines. When I've had questions about my filters and housing, iSpring is quick to respond. I messaged them just this week and Francis on their support team replied almost immediately. I am a very satisfied customer after 7 years, and highly recommend their products.

We had the kit installed by a professional plumber and recommend it be done that way. This filter connects to the main water line so any issues with a DIY installation could be disastrous. Like a few other reviewers, our iSpring WGB22B had a leak between the 2 filters. iSpring immediately shipped us another kit (without filters) but the wall bracket was bent. I am giving this 3 stars because there truly is a noticeable difference in the taste and quality of the water after installing the iSpring WGB22B even with our clean water here in Montreal. I was skeptical about noticing any difference but it is definitely noticeable. However the fact that the first one leaked, and the second kit had a dented bracket makes we worried about the overall quality control at iSpring. I will be placing a water leak sensor underneath the filters just in case more leaks develop. To summarize, the filters definitely improved our water. Update 5 months later: I am giving the iSpring system a 5 star review as it really improved the quality of our water. Everyone who has tasted our tap water notices how the water is refreshing and doesn’t taste of anything (at all!). We got in contact with Nick at iSpring who promptly helped us resolve the leak issue mentioned in the initial review and the system has been working perfectly since. This kind of direct customer support is rare and we really appreciated it. I added a picture of our installation and a filter to show how massive they are. Another reason for the 5 stars is that we did not notice any drop in water pressure at all. It’s a simple system but well designed and does the job!

I just installed this 2 stage filter system. It works great. I noticed the difference immediately. We are on city water and it is chlorinated pretty heavily. We just built our home and I didn't think anything of it until my daughter started to complain she was itchy every time she took a shower. The chlorinated water was just drying her skin out. Down the whole house filter rabbit hole I went. Upon further investigation I found breathing the vocs created when the hot water steams is not good for you at all. I was looking at much bigger more expensive 10 yr filter systems, but it wasn't in my budget, and honestly they didn't have the best reviews. No matter where I would look ispring was always recommended. I figured Ill give them a shot. For under 300 bucks, and about 100 bucks in pex pipe and fittings I have some high quality H20! My wife made the comment she doesn't need to moisturize after taking a shower, and her hair is softer. My daughter isn't itchy anymore and I and confident in our drinking water quality. These filters should last us about a yr before changing them. The only issue I had was noted by other customers, the ports on the filter bracket are not tapered so whatever fittings you put in them don't seal well. A lot of Teflon tape, and some pipe dope will make sure that you have a tight seal. My final comment is for anyone who is investigating whole house water filters. DO IT. Don't ever assume that the water coming into your house is safe and clean. That water has a lot of chances to become contaminated before it gets to your tap. Even if you are on city water, the chemicals they use to "clean" your water are hazardous to your health. And this is even more so for your pets and children.

I had this installed a few months ago and it's made a huge difference in my house. Prior to installation, the water coming out of the faucet had a white, bleach-like look. The water company here uses a lot of chloride and chlorate. After installing this, the water looks crystal clear. I hired a plumber to fix a water leak and he installed this at the same time. Installation was straight forward and he kept commenting about how much he liked the unit. Water quality throughout the house is so much better. It's more pleasant to shower, dishes come out of the dishwasher cleaner, and my clothes feel better. The house smells cleaner, too, especially when the dishwasher is running. I don't drink tap water, so I can't speak to any taste improvement—I use a 5 stage reverse osmosis system for drinking and cooking water. However, i wish I'd installed this unit at the same time I installed the reverse osmosis. It's greatly improved the quality of my life in a very short time. UPDATE July 2024: My local water company made some upgrades to the local system, which increased water pressure and also improved the quality of the water supply—unfiltered water no longer looks like bleach. However, the housing on my water filter housing cracked, probably because of air in the water lines during the upgrade. When I contacted iSpring about purchasing a replacement for the part that broke, the company instead overnighted a brand new unit under warranty at no charge to me. The new unit has been significantly redesigned and looks much stronger than the original unit. Excellent customer service. iSpring really does take care of their customers.

We always try to put our health first. I thought we had clean city water but I am shocked at each filter change with just how much sediment and contaminants are caught and just how effective whole house filtration can be. After quite a bit of research, I chose this Ispring two-stage system but after seeing the aftermath, would have probably even opted for the three-stage. This was the most cost effective solution I could find to fit our needs. We have used this for a little over four years now and it has never disappointed. With annual filter changes, our water is crystal clear, odorless and there’s no dry skin after bathing. After all, what’s your health worth? Although professional installation is almost always recommended, I am a DIYer and it was incredibly easy to install. A couple of fittings and two shark bites made it literally a no-sweat job. I couldn’t recommend this enough as I know, my kids now have clean water to bathe in, cook with and drink. Next, we will be installing one made specifically for campers in our RV. I am a genuine verified customer, a true believer, and always live by the mantra, that when you find something good, you should pass it along.
