Oh, the research I went through before finding this product! I could have spent £85 on a similar product, and when I looked at videos of that product, it looked so heavy and unfinished in the model's hair that I was aghast. Therefore, with a bit more research, I was so pleased to find that Aussie had created something similar. It comes out as a liquid, at just the right amount for my hair - which is thick but layered and about mid-way down my back (thanks to lockdown!). Rubbing it into my hands, it gives good coverage and is not sticky, oily or noticeable in itself, but it does make my hair shine, defines the ends and the curls so much more, and it is exactlyi what I had been looking for. My hair was tending towards a certain amount of dryness of the ends (thanks to my hot brush) but this has been perfect for taking away that look, whilst not loading the hair in oil or in any way detracting from the style I have put it into. An excellent product, excellent that it's in the Aussie stable and that they have so many similar products in ranges for all hair types, all available at Amazon; and such a great price. What's more, it arrived the next day!

Good value great effect on naturally curly hair

After growing my hair, i noticed i was suffering from a lot of tangles after washing which then led to quite a lot of breakage and hair fall. Was advised to buy a hair oil and after initially dismissing the suggestion, thought id give it a go to see if it helped. Must admit, it seems to have helped on both fronts. After washing and drying, i now apply a few squirts of this into my hands and massage into my hair. This aids massively with brushing after and i no longer have to deal with anywhere near as many knots and tangles, a significant improvement. Ive also noticed a reasonable reduction in hair fall and breakage during the washing and drying process etc too. This is quite hard to quantify (id estimate about 50% less?), i definitely seem to end up with less than before, so it seems effective for this too. Only wash hair once or twice a week, so a few squirts each time ensures that despite it being a little bottle, it lasts a long time! have been using this for months now and still over half a bottle left. I would have grumbled about the price, but it lasts long enough to justify. Leaves hair feeling soft, smooth and looking shiny, no oily or greasy feel, just stops it feeling dry and brittle. I hate having greasy hands, but after rubbing this into my hair, its pretty much undetectable on hands after and quickly removed completely with by a quick rinse, so no complaints there either. Add to this the fact that it smells great, then you cant really go wrong with it in my view. Will be buying again when i eventually run out and would recommend.

I've been using this for years on my long dry (Asian) hair. After a few years of giving birth, my hair seems less soft and a lot dryer. I use this hair oil on almost dry hair (mainly the ends) and it leaves my long hair feeling moisturised and very soft. When my hair is wet, I spray the Aussie detangle leave in hair conditioner spray.

Arrived quickly, packaged protected and without fault. I ended up gifting this product away as I found the scent personally unpleasant and that the serum was a little on the thick side for my hair. I found that it laid heavy and oily on my fine hair, weighing it down and giving it a limp appearance. However, I gifted it to my friend who says it works perfectly for her thicker locks. As with any hair care, what may work for one may not for another, it's all about research and trying different products to suit you. So, while I give it a 3 - she definitely gives it a 4.5/5.
