Excellent Stuff
I got a nail in one of my tyres which caused a slow puncture and i went to get it repaired as the tyres had done less than 4000 miles. I was told by the garage it was too close to the side wall and would need to be replaced at the cost of £180!! I remembered hearing about this slime stuff at a car show and i'll be honest, I wasn't holding out much hope but at £10 i was willing to give it a try.....Boy am i glad i did! The slow puncture has completely gone after using this once and i've saved myself £170, this stuff really works

It works for small punctures
The nearly new tyre on my wife's Honda suffered several small slow punctures from 3 pin nails stuck in it. I took it to a tyre supplier and they said it could not be repaired because the nails were within a few inches of each other and the repair patches would overlap. They offered me a new tyre at £115. For around £10 I thought it would be worth trying this product. Having used Slime for many years in cycle tyres I'm confident in it's ability to seal small punctures. I installed the slime as per the instructions which was easy and it instantly sealed the small punctures. After 2 weeks there has been no loss of pressure and I'm hopeful I can continue to use the tyre until the end of its wear life now. Update 12 months and 14000 miles later no problems and I haven't even needed to top up the pressure in the tyre once. In regard to Freeport 2's comment I know what I am doing and carefully checked the tyre for damage before installing Slime, no one has been put at risk. I wouldn't recommend this as a permanent solution for anything except minor punctures where the structure of the tyre has not been compromised. It's certainly much safer than driving on a space saver tyre ! Jan 2017 another 12 months 12000 miles and no problems. The tyre will need replacing due to wear shortly.

The guidelines say it doesn't work reliably on sidewall punctures and sadly they are correct
Bought this hoping it would fix some cracks on an old ride on mower tyre. The cracks are on the sidewall, and I knew it was not guaranteed to work on this, but didn't want to get into replacing the tyre if possible, as the rims are old and don't really want to mess with it unless absolutely necessary. The process of getting the valve out of the tyre is much simpler and easier than I feared, and I used half the bottle at first. This helped but did not fix the problem, so chucked the rest in. Was really pleased to begin with as it seemed to 99% fix the air leaking out. However, unfortunately the fix hasn't lasted and it is getting progressively worse as time goes on (i.e. it is now a few months later). The solution is leaking out of the sidewalls gradually. Therefore if you have sidewall issues, it might help, but don't expect it to fix it properly. Still giving it 4 stars as it has delayed the need to replace the tyre.

Worked perfectly.
Used about half the bottle on a lawn tractor tyre with a slow puncture and it worked perfectly so I reckon that cost me about £6 - a lot less than a replacement or repair. I did not have a tool to remove the valve core so improvised by cutting a slot with a hacksaw in a 4 inch nail! Brilliant stuff. Highly recommended.

I was a bit sceptical but I've needed to use it on a slow puncture on my car and it seems to have worked - the tyre remains inflated. The one thin I will say: If I used it again I would try with half a bottle first and then put more in if needed. The reason I say this is that I put a full bottle in when I used it. Now, when I drive my car after its stood overnight, the wheel remains slightly unbalanced for the first 5miles or so due to slime having collected at the bottom of the tyre. Not a problem - just a slight vibration - but I think it could be avoided by using less.

slime that slow puncture away!
Bought in Jan but only just installed now - it's pretty simple - just be careful when you remove the valve as its tiny/delicate and may fall out. I've driven around 100 miles on my tire now and so far so good. Slow puncture seems to be gone.

BE AWARE- did not work for me Bought this product to repair a puncture in my tyre, a small screw embedded in the tread, I followed the instructions to the letter but when I blew the tyre up immediately it leaked air. I assumed I could take it to National Tyres for a repair as it was in the centre of the tyre no where near the wall. Arrived at NT and was told they don't repair tyres with the slime as it was "contaminated", I now had to spend another £65 on anew tyre. I could have had the puncture repaired for circa £15 without the "contam" Contacted the seller who said they were an agent for the product and would do nothing for me Very disappointed by both product and seller BIKINGEAR

This is one green slime that I like
Worked a treat on my motorbike, trailer and wheelbarrow. In each case the tubeless tyre was not punctured but due to corrosion and flaking paint there were leaks at the rim. The slime is buying me time. when the tyres need replacing I will sand the rims and repaint.

I was skeptical after reading some negative reviews but its been almost 3 weeks now and there has not been any punctures or tyre pressure loss for the two tyres I filled it in. These tyres would have pressure loss in a week which was probably because of very small punctures that cannot be really fixed (without deliberately enlarging them as done by some puncture shops and then ruining the tyre over time). I have an SX4 and had tough time getting punctures done with very unreliable fix done by local puncture shops. This product is a must have if you are experiencing frequent punctures or small punctures. Will post another review in 3 months.

This stuff has saved my tires over and over again. I'm a "car person" as-is, but my less mechanically inclined friends and family have all agreed that this stuff is easy to use. Once had to fill a punctured tire on a Prius in the northern Arizona backcountry (yeah, I know you're not supposed to take those offroading, but we all make bold choices sometimes) and the slime absolutely saved me. Drove out of there with no issues. If you follow the instructions on the bottle, everything will go well! Note, however, for those of us who have never used this before: you will need a source of air to fill the tire back up after you apply the product. I recommend getting one of those jumpstarters that has an air pump - a little pricey up front, but worth its weight in gold (and they are HEAVY). Multiple applications of slime will make your tires vibrate, so take note of that, but oh my god did this stuff last forever for me.

I own a Honda CRV with 20,000kms on it. Initially, I was delighted with my car until the day I discovered a slow puncture in one of the tires. At first, I assumed it was simply the tire deflating due to the extreme heat in Brisbane. However, I soon realized it was indeed a slow puncture, prompting me to purchase this puncture fix slime product. Initially, I had doubts about its effectiveness, but after adding it to the tire, I haven't experienced any deflation issues since. I highly recommend keeping this product in your trunk for emergencies.
