I purchased a Zosi CCTV two years ago, last week I had a problem with the power adapter, I sent a message by WhatsApp to the Zosi customer service, they answered my message in less than two minutes and help to figure out what was the problem. The delivery was very fast, the new power adapter was delivered with 3 days, the adapter is really good, now all are set and my cameras are working perfectly. I would like to say thank to the customer service agent Ella, that agent was above and beyond to help with my problem.

I did a lot of reviewing because there are lots of these type of plugs out there. Make sure the one you choose is compatible and you should be fine. This one is just the job, my cctv system is back up and running....Happy days 🙂

Bit of a mixed bag with this power supply hence the three star rating.... First of I thought it was a little overpriced for what it is but the main issue I had with this was it's un-necessary over sized body which means if this is used on a double wall socket or a multi gang extension lead you can not plug anything else in beside it on either side because of it's size and as I say there is no technical reason for this just a poor design choice at the factory. I tested it and it does put out a stable 12volts @ up to 2 amps so no complaints there. Can't speak regarding longevity yet but I will be using it for an application that is always on so time will tell and I take my Amazon reviews seriously so will update this review should it fail prematurely but so far so good just a shame it can't be plugged in beside anything else.

Bought this to replace old Swann power unit that was no longer working properly. At 1st I was sceptical about whether the unit would sort the issue of my footage no longer being recorded. Shouldn't of worried. Now records footage perfectly. Who'd of thought something so simple would be the fix for CCTV recording fault. Great price for great product that works perfectly with my Swann security cameras.
