Q: Is this supposed to have a tamper proof seal? Because mine didn't come with one.

Message from manufacturer:In answer to your question the 100ml and 150ml tubes have a tamper proof seal on the cap and the 50ml has a plastic seal around the cap, rather than a tamper proof cap

No. That would be unhygienic. You use it then dispose of it

I have been using Balance Activ Menopause suppositories. They are brilliant . Use them the day before if possible or whenever required. Or you could use them daily till required. Its all about personal choice.
