I really really suffer and have bought so many different lactose pills. I’ve bought some really expensive ones (I won’t name which they are, but let’s just say it’s still a full container as they’ve let me down)! We know how tricky it can be if you’re looking to indulge and you take pills that don’t work nobody wants to deal with those consequences!! 💩 This is my second purchase and I find that they work really well. I don’t have any residual side effects. I feel fine. I generally take two -three before I eat anything with dairy in it. One thing that I would say is that if you are a lactose intolerant or have a major sensitivity there are really good items out there that are lactose free. I think rather than continuing to take pills on a regular basis swap out those items because they taste really good and save these for a special occasions or treats!

These really do work. Pop 5 mins before eating dairy and no bad stomach. Perfect.

If you're deciding between this or the blue Milkaid one on Amazon get this one! The pills are much smaller so it's easier to swallow multiple at once and they don't taste awful like the blue reformulation. I repot and carry these around in a tiny travel pot and it lasts me a good while. One star off because the pills create a ton of very fine powder that's annoying whenever I need to refill. The bottle comes with a big wad of cotton in the top to try and capture it but it kicks up whenever you take it out. However I hate the blue ones so much I will still buy this, I just repot.

Great stuff been using a couple of years now,my go to product to make my life ‘normal’ again. Only need half a tablet with a tea/coffee or meal with dairy in,so last ages. Could barely leave the house before I started these for fear of needing a bathroom.

I was sceptical about these but they do work. I have big issues after eating ice cream and drinking cows milk lattes so I've avoided them for ages. But I went to a coffee shop which only had cows milk instead of oat, so I took one of these pills before drinking it and have had no issues whatsoever! I have also had it before a creamy italian pasta dish and same result. So far so good!

A word of caution first there is no established amount of lactase enzyme for a given "food" containing Lactose a double sugar molecule Galactose + Glucose that needs to be broken down for absorption by the body. The only way to know exact amount of the enzyme is in lab for given food containing lactose. Lactose free milk adds the same enzyme lactase in this product to break lactose down, hence it is lactose free. The amount is commercially establish in a lab. So when using this product one has to experiment as to how many pills are needed with what lactose containing food you eat at a given time - best taken just before eating a lactose containing food. Also some people may have stopped producing lactase totally or aren't producing enough hence the degree will vary. I have been using 2 tablets for with Ice cream, chocolate, cookies and cream cheese which were major problems for me. The enzyme in this product lactase has certainly helped me, and is cost effective letting me indulge in few milk containing foods especially "creamy" type salad dressing and cheese on occasion. Will need experiment more with time.

I had severe problem using milk products like indigestion, gases, brething issues, stomach swelling, uneasiness etc. I was not drinking tea which is my favorite but now I do not have any problems after using naturals lactose enzymes. It is much more effective then other products and do not have any side effects.
