As the title suggests, I have long term use of Lithium Ion, and latterly Lithium Polymer batteries (in my case for RC model aircraft) since the mid nineties. All those in the hobby know well the 80/20 rule of not discharging below 20% if possible and likewise not charging over 80%, though in fairness, I do to about 90% for my 18650 cells for headtorches. Luckily, my Samsung mobile has a charge limiter which I've set to 80% and get a full day's use despite heavy usage during the day. Some mobiles at least have a charging alarm that will give an audible signal when a similar level is rerached. Result-long term health of the cells whatever they're used for, in my phone despite being a year old it informs me that the battery health is 100% even after that time. They also don't recommend charging the mobile battery if it's already over 40% ( a bit difficult to observe on occasion, I'll admit). So why the preamble? Well, this charger will be useful for those that would like to keep any battery (cell) in tip top condition, as you'll see in the photo, I'm able to pull the cells when they get to 90%. Also when they've been charged, you get a readout of the Mah capacity of the cell indicating the health of the cell as in can you get the full badged capacity. On top of that, a very important feature is to be able to change the charging current for each cell, or all at the same time. As if that wasn't enough, the 4th chamber allows you to discharge or condition deeply discharged cells. This is an added feature that I particularly like as I can also discharge lithium cells to a safe 'storage' capacity if they're not going to be using them for a long time. I use a 60% capacity for long term storage, but goggle yourself storage capacities as some dictate 40%, it's debated all the time. As there have been some reviews mentioning going wrong after a period, I WILL UPDATE after 6 or 12 months so those coming to read this will get an idea of longevity. A powerful tool for cell users of individual cells. UPDATE 22/12/25: Sadly it failed already! See the second photo, bright backlit display, but no info on it-bricked. Not a good sign but I have instigated a return, and simultaneously bought another-here's hoping!

Très pratique de pouvoir charger les batteries indépendamment les unes des autres.

Carga super rápido muchos tipos de batería y además de manera independiente. Te da toda la información de carga. Una maravilla, la navaja Suiza de los cargadores.
