Catit Jumbo Hooded Cat Pan, White/Grey, 57-46.5-50cm

Love love love it! Absolutely great, I love how big and spacious it is. I had the corner one from Pets at home but my British shorthair who will be 1 in Jan got too big for it and couldn't move around inside freely. This Jumbo cat litter is soo roomy she has soo much space to move around even with the litter inside. The top locks with the bottom well and can be lifted so happy with that. I like that the flap is see through so I can check on her. I also love that the flap can be pulled back to clean the litter and no need to remove the entire top Really worth the money, love it

I threw away the old litter tray only because it wasn't as easy to clean. But this CAT IT brand is perfect for my three cats to share,its huge enough,so make sure you have plenty of floor space for it. The lock system is easy to use make sure it aligns properly first before you lock it in place. BUT consider this if your cat is a " PROJECTILE PEE OFFENDER" then definitely buy this as its stopped my elderly cat doing this!! so its a WIN for me no more mess on my floor!! XD here are my Positive point based on my experience with this litter box. 1) Easy to clean 2) nice square layout 3) you can buy refillable carbon filters from Cat It to make your life and the cats life easy from smells! 4) you can buy the ammonia refill box to add to the litter box to totally get rid of the pee smell (HOORAY) it works,so Cat IT sell it here 5) the cat flap door is nice and sturdy and NOT flimsy,and its see through. 6) Easy to clean and wipe down inside and outside of box 7) its slightly raised higher at the back of the box 8) it has a nice high step inside of the box,so its not so low to the floor. both my older cats are 15yrs old and they can get in and out with no issues,however if you do have a cat with mobility problems there may be an issue. but the height itself enables no more mess. 9) the lock system is easy to do as long as you align it properly! 10) I've used a few litter boxes in my time as my cats are 15yrs old...and this is by far the best litter box its worth the money and saves you so much hassle. Only wish it came in more colors, but other than that so i'm so happy with it and so are my cats.

Would have been 5 stars but the complimentary filter pad from catit is missing. I was unable to request just a filter being sent to me. The options were to return the whole thing and order a replacement but I needed the litter tray asap so this wasn't really feasible for me. So I've ended up paying again to order the filters separately which is slightly annoying but I guess I would have needed to order them at some point anyway! Otherwise, the tray is large and quite sturdy considering it's plastic. I think it will be perfect for our ragdolls.

Brilliant litter tray. I have gone from 2 smaller trays to this one and my large cat is much happier. Love that it is square so is the same size all the way around rather than some of the other oval ones which are deceivingly small. I dont use the flap but its very light and easy to push open.

Really well made. This litter try is great, massive cats love it.

We have two domestic cats and have two of these in the house. They use them with no issue at all, we use the catit litter too which has been a complete game changer. No cleaning them out every few days, now it’s every few weeks.

UPDATE: Monday 19th August... I received the replacement the day after ordering it. Excellent service by Amazon again. This time the Litter Box was already assembled with no sign of there ever having been any annoying tape keeping the two halves together. On removing it from the packaging, I could see straight away that it was better than the original had been; all the grey connecting sliders were there and they fit much better. They are harder to slide and I wonder if that's because the other box wasn't actually new... i.e. that I wasn't the first person it had been delivered to - The packaging of the last one was pretty crushed in a couple of places and torn badly too unlike the newer delivery. Was the former one someone else's return? I don't know, but I am now happy to give the Catit Litter box 5 stars! I let the kittens play in it while still empty; first with the flap up and then after a couple of hours with it down. This flap doesn't catch at all, though if you don't close the top access flap properly it does touch one of the sides. Once they seemed completely used to it (only one day) I filled it with litter (World's Best) and they pretty quickly used it with the flap still up. That was last Thursday. Today I thought I'd try the flap down while I was around, and they have both now been in and quite happily deposited their respective ''business'' - Success! It is rather large I agree, but with it being enclosed, I think anything smaller would make it more difficult for a cat/s to use, it seems ideal for two cats and I am very happy with the item and am pleased to recommend it. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I've literally just received the the litter box; it seems pretty ideal for my needs (No, I'm not intending using it myself!) It is very large as stated by most reviewers but the dimensions are as shown in the item details and I'd checked it would be appropriate before ordering. I have two new 3½ month old kittens, and this gives them plenty of space to kick around in after doing their stuff. I let them play in it last night while still empty, with flap open and flap closed. They managed to get in and out ok when flap closed though I can see that it does catch a little at the sides and will only leave the flap down while i'm around until i'm sure it's ok. The three star review is because, like other reviewers have found, one of the grey slides which keeps the two halves together is missing. I've ordered a replacement 'cos I'm not going to settle for a faulty item and can just drop the parcel off at a Collect + shop.

I have a Very Large Norwegian Forest Cat who weighs in at 8kg and this litter tray really helps to keep the litter where it is supposed to be. I was a bit concerned that he might not like the plastic cover over the door (although he is used to a cat flap) but it is possible to just flip back the whole of the centre top bit while still leaving the high side and half of the roof (the bit where the handle is in place) - so even if your cat doesn't like the plastic door bit you could still use it. You could also just remove the plastic door altogether if you so desired and there would still be a lot of protection to keep the litter in the box! The tray and hood are sturdy and feel good quality and my cat is happy to use it - no problem. There was a problem when it was delivered as this cat tray requires 4 clips to hold it in place and it came only with the two Right hand ones, however Amazon and the makers of the Catit tray were both very helpful in helping me sort out the problem and I now have the two left hand ones as well. Would recommend this to anyone who has a large cat, however I have seen some reviews stating that you could get 3 cats in there at the same time if neccessary and I wouldn't agree with that. It IS a big tray, certainly and two or three kittens could probably use it at the same time, but not three adult cats! Plenty depth though for litter to allow a multi-cat household to use the same litter tray for the cats as long as they are happy to use the same tray at different times. Check the measurements carefully if space might be an issue. Highly recommend this - and it looks exactly as pictured
