OriGlam Mist Coolant Lubrication Spray System for Metal Cutting Engraving Cooling Sprayer Machine for Air Pipe CNC Lathe Milling Drill

I previously bought the cheaper one control mist coolers and struggled to get the coolant flow and air feed running properly. My mate bought one of these by mistake and asked me to help him set it up on his myford lathe. This model is so staggeringly better than the others around that I immediately ordered two for myself. Slightly dearer than some but night and day improvement. The cheaper ones only have one control screw that just doesn't work, in fact I had to pipe in a seperate tap to control the air properly, and they were still a fudge. These OriGlam ones have two controls, air and fluid, plus a non return valve in the fluid line that takes all the 'bounce' out of the line so the syphon effect works reliably. The air pressure needed is greatly reduced compared to the 'one control' types as well. I tapped one of the mounting holes with a 4mm thread and mounted 'silverline magnets' also available on Amazon. Now I can just clip them to any machine I am working at. Fantastic. Easy to plumb in with 8mm blue plastic pipe. Just push the pipe into the self sealing fittings. A slight push on the blue collars and the pipes can be easily removed to make packing away a doodle.

Literally the only downside I found was the liquid control valve doesn't shut off completely so you need to disconnect the hose if you just want air.

This one is using venturi effect to suck fluid out of the bottle. Because of that it's pretty much impossible to adjust mist level.
