Been taking these for a couple of weeks. Had previously had approx 3-4 nights a week where I had been awake from around 2am till 5/6am. Since taking these I have only had one badly disturbed night - not 100% convinced that’s down to these pills but it’s definitely worth a try if you’re experiencing similar sleepless issues!

It is a brand that I trust. I find that Taurine helps to keep me calm and also I believe it helps me to relax to sleep. If i am very agitated then I take it two or three times a day. Otherwise I just take it at bedtime.

L’Amino Taurina della Solgar è un ottimo prodotto. Lo uso da anni per curare la mia micia ed è davvero un integratore efficace. Inoltre il sapore non è forte e quindi posso mescolarlo al cibo.
