I've been taking these for a while now and they seem to keep the worst of the symptoms of gout at bay. I still have to moderate the things I eat and drink which trigger a flare up but I no longer have to avoid them entirely.

We discovered the benefits of cherry supplements as a source of relief from the agonising pain of gout. a few years ago. My wife was the sufferer, and, at times, she could barely put her foot on the ground. But then we discovered cherry tablets, which made a big difference and kept the condition at bay. Sourcing them in town, however, wasn't always easy, and they were PRICEY. I looked for suppliers online, and found several, so I ordered some that I saw on Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent Quality of the product and the packaging. I waited only a couple of days for my delivery, and the price was excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Have a painful shoulder joint which reaches across my back and finding over time it is getting somewhat better with these capsules. Have not been taking it too long but think over a longer period of time it will get rid of the pain completely and once I have used up this first amount will be re-ordering. Update: been taking for a while, pain reduced nicely but found since having my gallbladder removed not everything runs smoothly and got some recurring body blotches which is also a problem when eating some foods. Bit of a mystery and the only thing I can do is avoid the trigger items till blotches vanish. Could be tied to my IBS or Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver which is still in recovery since the gallbladder came out. If not for the unsightly blotches would re-order but do not want to have to cope with covering up all the time. Otherwise a very good natural product.

I tried these as I'd heard they help you get to sleep better as Montmorency cherries contain Melatonin, & I'm a shift worker so my sleep pattern is all over the place. I've been taken them for a couple of months now & can say definitely say that I sleep better, in that I'm less likely to wake up during the night like I did before I took these ( 2 caps an hour before bed). They don't leave you feeling groggy in the morning & not noticed any other side effects, they are a natural product so don't feel like I'm popping nasty chemicals into my system. So whether it's mind over matter or not , I still recommend giving these a try if your a restless sleeper.
