It fits under ryanair seats (which aren't the most roomy!) so I would think that it would.

Not enough for five days in my opinion. Of course it depends what you need to take. Why not get a cardboard box the same size (40cm x 20cm x 25cm) and see how many clothes you could pack? This bag is designed to fit under the seat in front of you. It's not the size that has to go in the top cabin lockers. Hope this helps.
