Great bit of kit 👌
Brilliant bit of kit. Had 2 stuck screws with rounded off heads in a uPVC door. Drilled out and removed with ease. Great

Works ultimately, but with care
It works and helped me to get out some rusted gate screws - as mentioned in other reviews, use a smaller size first with a drill (I did in both forward and reverse). Then use the extractor side of the bit one size up. I didnt have any luck using it in a drill as its just too powerful and will spin out rahter than 'catch'. A cordless screwdriver can work - however the bits dont work very well in them as they're dual sided. Ended up using the cordless screwdriver to help it catch, and then used a wrench to slowly turn it and prise it loose. Knocking a star off for the dual sided aspect of it - it would be more useful if they had flat ends so you could use in a socket wrench or cordless screwdriver.

Tips for people who are struggling
First of all, it works and it only works if you use the right method and setting on your drill. After doing hours of research and watching different tutorials online. I have gathered some tips for people who are so frustrated over stripped screws below. 1. Set your drill in high torque or drill mode, gear 1 (slow speed but higher power usually on top bit of drill), set mode in reverse. 2. Start with the smallest extractor side one you can go for, the one that fits the hole on the screw, start drilling in reverse mode using side 1. Drill as deep as possible by pushing forward using all your strength. 3. Turn to side 2, try again in reverse mode same setting on your drill with all your strength pushing forward and drill very very slow. 4. If it does no bite the screw, do not panic, use 1 size up extractor, repeat step 3. If it still does not bite, it means your hole is not deep enough, go back to the previous size side 1 and repeat step 2 &3. if the hole you drill is deep enough and you push hard enough and remember being very slow to drill out using side 2, it will work eventually just need patience and persistence. I am going to frame my screw and hang it on the wall because of how much frustration it brings me and how cathartic it is to put in all the hard work on researching and learning to get this done by myself. have faith and may this help anyone who is struggling like I did.

Did not work…
I bought this with the intention of removing some rounded off brake disc screws. This was very good at making a nice shiny hole, and when swapping out with the extraction end. Did absolutely nothing to even move the stuck screw. I was really hoping this would work, as I wanted to avoid drilling out the stuck screws. Sadly this was not the case and I had spend extra time drilling out the screws instead. Maybe this would have worked for more simple domestic jobs. Definitely not suitable for the job I had in mind. Durability wise, after one failed attempt can already see this wearing away at the tips and cannot imagine it being of any use after another job.

Fine for small home stuck screw jobs; definitely not for heavy duty tasks.
Cheap and cheerful, but did the job I wanted it to do. Needed to swap out 2 handles on wooden doors, the screws were unfortunately stuck and blunted. This wee set did the job with no time or effort wasted; however, they are just for simple DIY, not heavy duty or industrial tasks. The heads seem to be filing off them already after that small job. Overall, I'm still happy to have them, and have put them away for the next stuck screw issue, but my advice to myself is perhaps use a lubricant spray when starting the task, and definitely to use a better quality screw that what is usually provided in a kit, and not run into the problem in the first place.

Excellent product
These worked excellently to get a very corroded and stripped screw out of a window handle mount. Would highly recommend.

Didn't work for me.
Tried on a few knackered screws and didn't work once! Might work for others, but never worked for me.

Was skeptical that this would work for a screw which had head worn and also was drilled with regular drill bit, but it removed it within seconds. Would highly recommend this set.
