Maybelline Tattoo Brow Peel Off Tint

I was put off slightly by a lot of the reviews, but I am so glad I decided to just try it. I have over plucked my brows many years ago before eyebrows were fasionble and now I pencil in every day a large area that has no hairs. We are going to centre parcs and I know my pencil just wont hold up to being in the flumes and rapids and I kept seeing this advert on tv and youtube ads. I went for medium brown, it's a thick wet product with a brush applicator, easy enough to draw an even layer on, I can do it very precisely (if you wipe off excess product when removing the applicator from the pot) you have plenty of time to be able to get a cotton bud and smarten up any areas/edges/lines you have put on that you dont want, so dont panic, you can easily adjust it within the application process, you then have to wait 20 minutes or it says you can leave it on for several hours if you want a longer effect. I did it for 20 minutes first time and was able to easily pick it off from the corner and remove it in one layer, where you have got hairs it does stick into them a bit but easy enough to just rub your finger over to get it off the hairs. I was really pleased with the colour it left on my skin, you can really rub it and it just stays there as it stains the skin. The next day I put it on again in the morning and left it on all day (as I was just staying at home all day seeing noone, I wouldnt go out with the product on as it looks very dark wet and glossy) This is soooo good and I am so glad I purchased it, I will use this all the time now

Great product for filling in sparse areas, use to use this alot as a teen and bought as it was a old gem i forgetten about , delivery was quick also.

This Tattoo brow kit is so quick and easy to use. I bought the shade Dark Brown. No mixing, you just remove the wand and apply. It has a great consistency not too runny, so it doesn't drip everywhere. There is plenty of time to draw out your lines with this product before filling in. If you should make a mistake a damp cotton bud is all you need to correct any wonky lines. Try not to keep going over the same spot as it starts to dry otherwise it will cause the product to lift off before time. I leave it on once applied for 2 hours. When it's time, just gently lift the corners and the whole thing peels away, leaving instant natural looking brows. It says it should last 2-3 days. I have found this is true however after day 2 the colour is less dark and by day 3 is more a faded outline rather than the intense hit of colour you get after the first tint. If you use facial cleansers this will make the product fade quicker. Overall I love this product and will definitely be buying it again as it saves me sooo much time in the morning, I just wish I only had to apply it once a week rather than 2. Oh side note, a little goes a long way so it should last a good few weeks.

The Maybelline New York Tattoo Brow Peel Off Gel Tint works okay, but it mainly leaves a tint on the skin rather than colouring the brow hairs themselves. The colour payoff is decent at first, but it fades quite quickly compared to other brow tints I’ve tried. It’s easy to apply and peel off, and good for a quick fix or temporary look, but if you’re after something that truly dyes the brow hairs and lasts longer, there are better options out there.

This product worked and I was quite excited when I peeled it off to reveal my brows, however colour was faint the next morning after washing my face. Might just as well do them each day with my Revlon pencil and powder. Disappointed!

Easy to peel off, no pain or hair loss, that’s as positive as it gets... I bought the “dark brown” shade, but to my surprise it is green! You can’t really see it in the pictures of my eyebrow, but it is very noticeable in person. You can see it more clearly next to the black ink on my hand. It is apparently a common issue if you look reviews outside of Amazon. The good thing is that it washed right off, which also makes me think it’s a product that wouldn’t last too long if you use oil cleansers regularly.

I admit it, I over plucked my eyebrows and now I’m left with patchy, sparse brows. I’m not light handed enough to pencil in my brows and anytime I try to fill them in using makeup I look like a fool!! Which is why I love this product, it goes on thick, so I can mop up and tidy any mistakes and create my eyebrow shape. Removing it is so satisfying after it has dried and leaves me with natural looking full brows for a good couple of days. Stays on unless you REALLY scrub at it
