Works great in my dehydrator. Had to trim to size, but that is easy. Nothing sticks to it. Keeps small items from falling through the rack. To clean- brush off crumbs, rinse, and put in dishwasher to sanitize.

I specifically purchased this for a project I'm working on to develop very high protein jerky for someone with a medical condition. This will require repetitive use so easy storage and cleanup were critical. My dehydrator racks would not work for the ol' "Jerky Shooter" and the fine grind of the protein is critical. Voilà! These mats worked beautifully. I did need to flip the jerky half-way through to ensure enough airflow but when done, a quick bath is a tub of dish detergent, and they came squeaky clean. The only reason I didn't just wash them with the laundry was the grease that came out. Not sure my wife would have forgiven that one. Anyway, these are absolutely perfect, and we plan on replacing our standard silicone mats with them as they are easier to clean and much less expensive to replace when someone forgets and puts them under the broiler. (Seriously... teenagers.... geez... It's happened more than once)

Cut these to the size I needed and they fit perfect! Easy to clean and strong enough to use over and over! I haven't had any problems with items sticking to them! I've mostly used them to dehydrate bananas and tomatoes. Quality is great so I doubt I'd need more but if I do, I'll be ordering these again!
