Love these mung beans! Have grown bean sprouts in jars in 4 days. Will also add the to stews and soups as packed with health benefits.

Very tasty and fast sprouting 3 days in a sprouting jar. The photo is a mix of mung and lentil. Good fresh crispy taste.

I soak these for sprouts. I keep them fresh in a jar and they last for ages.

I have followed the instructions and watched as the beans swelled up and doubled in size over 2 days, on the 3rd day they have started to sprout, I am now patiently waiting for them to grow to a size I can eat, just be aware when sowing these seeds, be frugal unless you have something large to grow them in. I started with a 200gm coffee jar and am now growing in a large plastic storage container, luckily I love bean sprouts so much it's not going to be a problem getting through them, I will give it a few days and start off another batch.

I used a seed sprouter and within days I had masses of lovely bean shoots as a delicious additive to my salads. My advice is to be very careful with the amount of beans to add to the jar in the first place as they will expand quickly on hydration. The shoots last a lot longer in the fridge that supermarket bought bean shoots. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I wouldn't suggest youorder the 3 kg size as will go out of date before use
