Don't be fooled into thinking this is not a drug just because it is herbal. It is a brilliant product and very gently lifted my mood within a few weeks of taking it, and without the horrible side effects of pharmaceutically produced anti- depressants. The only problem I had was it interfered with my HRT (in that my sleep became interrupted again as it was before I started HRT). I now understand this is common with SJW so I've had to stop taking it. I only mention it to make you aware that if you take any form of hormonal treatment - particularly the contraceptive pill or HRT) this is not the drug for you. If that doesn't apply to you then I can highly recommend this product for reducing anxiety.

I think it's a good one. I can't see difference in my mood, but my mood is quite good all the time. But I have low blood pressure and high pulse. So when I drink this, my pressure goes up and pulse calms down, which is great for me. I guess this tablets would not be good for anyone with high pressure. Also be careful as St Jons Worth is not good on the sun. It's for autumn spring and winter. Can be dangerous for skin drinking it and going on the beach, unless you fully protected with sunscreen.

This has been a godsend for me as someone who is terrified of taking medication. I have antidepressants from the drs sat next to my bed for months, unable to bring myself to take them. I find herbal remedies slightly less triggering for my anxiety so decided to go with these instead, they've really given me the lift I needed, to be in a better head space to start overcoming my agoraphobia. Definitely helped with the depression. Would highly recommend

I have only taken these for a few days but my mood seems to be lighter but there has also been bright weather so it will be interesting to see if I feel the same when there are grey rainy days.

This product did make me feel better but it is not clear how long you should use them for. This made me quite nervous so I took them for just a few days at a time with a big gap in the middle. My mood did drop during these gaps.

Got me through a lockdown winter. Had found myself getting low and irritable and thought I would try these. They really helped, chilled me out and stopped me from fretting. They did take a week or so to work but well worth it. I took myself off them around march and had no side effects. Highly recommend.

Just a load of pills. I bought them for my mum. I don't believe there any good myself.
