These were my saving grace when I had braces. Like a dummy, I skipped regular cleanings at the dentist until after the braces were removed, and did the cleaning myself with these after EVERY snack and meal. They kept my teeth from staining. They're a must if you have braces, my dentist was genuinely shocked when they saw my teeth were in such good condition after skipping visits. He kept asking if they had been metal wires, or removable trays, because he couldn't tell.

I thought these would be easier for me to use. I was wrong. It's a good product, just not for me.
