I don't leave many reviews, but with this product I want to. It does exactly what it looks like it does, it does it very well and eggs cook quickly, cleanly and it allows me to get my morning protein in very quickly after my workouts so I can get on with the rest of my day. I use this system on a large flat griddle to perfect results. I am glad I bought one of these.

Works really well for eggs that need to go on English muffins.

This makes the fluffiest eggs, just the right size, and they slide right out with no stick. My only caution is you might need a 12 " pan. My 10" pan has a bottom just a 1/4" too small for the top to fight snugly. I'm sure it just depends on the shape of the pans. A griddle would probably work nicely. Most perfect round eggs just right for a muffin.

Fonctionne extrêmement bien

The main reason I ordered this is because I wanted stainless steel metal rings like they have at the restaurant. This comes with a stainless steel cover however the rings are some type of plastic. They have not melted yet but I am not thrilled to have spent this much money on plastic rings again.
