Incredible value, good build quality and outstanding tech support
I have never MIG welded before today. I'd ordered the Azzuno 135 gasless welder, before I was amazed to find this model for not too much more money. Cancelled the 135 and ordered this one instead. It arrived quickly, and immediately was stunned at how nicely made it was. Fit & finish were all good, knobs feel quality and all cables etc. seem sturdy. I reached out to Azzuno tech support via amazon, as I'd seen other reviewers mention there's an updated PDF version of the manual. Being totally new to welding I figured I needed all the help I can get. They responded in under an hour with the PDF attached. I had a 2 lb spool of wire that I bought separately, and was able to get it loaded by following the instructions. If like me you're new to this, the spool is similar to a weedeater line, i.e. it wants to unravel and go EVERYWHERE. Once I had switched the feed wheel over to the correct size, I hit the inch button and the wire fed through to the nozzle area. (I took off the nozzle and copper guide tube to make it easier). Put them back on and looked over the settings. I'd assumed that it would take hours of tweaking and testing settings to even be able to use a welder, but no. Simply select your process (I had flux core wire for which there seems to be far fewer settings than some other processes). Select the diameter of the wire from a couple of choices, and that was literally it. I thought I'd have to mess with the inductance dial but looks like that's for experts to override the machine's auto settings. I grabbed a couple of pieces of unknown angle iron and cleaned them up with a grinder. Popped on the ground clamp and wondered if I'd missed any steps, this all seemed too easy. Figured I'd give it a try and troubleshoot if it didn't work, but first pull of the trigger it zapped into life and I ran my first weld bead. Sure, It wasn't beautiful or straight (technique) but it looked like a weld. Keep in mind I have ZERO clue what I'm doing, I don't yet know how to make sure a weld isn't cold or if the penetration is good. I took a grinder to it and could not see where the weld ended and the base material began. Hopefully that's a good sign. It was barely any more difficult than using a hot glue gun. I am absolutely stunned that for this low of a price, and this quick and easy of a setup I've been able to add a welder to my toolset. I'd always assumed I would need to spend a few thousand dollars which was always my barrier to entry. If you're on the fence or are a beginner want to try out welding without spending a ton I would definitely recommend this machine.

All around well worth the price!
This thing is a beast for the price! I've done stick (MMA), MIG (GMAW), and flux cored with it. I even gave it a whirl with aluminum without a spool gun and it did okay just bird nests easily. Other processes it does great at! I've ran it on both 110v and 220v and it does well on both, however for stick welding 220v is a huge improvement. The stick didn't stick too much on 220v, but was a little hard to get started on 110v even with the anti-stick all the way up. I am certified in both stick and MIG so I'm not new to welding and know what to change when, and I will say, if you've never welded the controls are a bit weird to get used to, but once you get the hang of it it isn't bad. I also tried it on stainless, building an axle back exhaust for a friend, and it did well. I used pure Argon which is not quite correct for stainless, but that's what I had on hand and it worked. Great for a budget welder and good for light to medium duty welding! Highly recommend!

Surprisingly good
I bought this on a whim - needed a 200A MIG welder for a project (I mostly do TIG) and stumbled on this here at Amazon. Great price to be sure. Surprisingly, this thing works great! I have no idea how long it is going to hold up, but unlike cheap import plasma cutters, this thing seems very well constructed in terms of fit and finish, has a good solid stable arc, feeds smoothly... I'm impressed considering the price. PROS: - Fired up right out of the box with most things obvious to anyone who's done MIG before. - Does Flux core as well as MIG - Handles 10# spools of wire - Has some presets for different size wire and can handle .025", .030", .035" and .045". Comes with all necessary drive wheels for both solid and flux-core wire. - The torch is far better than I expected with a Euro-style connector. - The machine can also do lift-TIG and stick welding. Stick stinger supplied but no TIG torch. CONS: (some pretty big ones unfortunately) - The manual is utter crap - literally one of the worst manuals I've encountered. There are features that are in the machine that are completely unexplained or referenced. Presets aren't mentioned at all nor is the behavior of various other features like Inductance, Arc Force and others. No details or explanations whatsoever - just a comment that the voltage knob controls inductance when in preset mode and the wire feed knob controls arc force when stick welding. Literally a ridiculous manual. - As far as I can tell, there is no website, no tech support, no phone #, no nuthin' - although they do purport to provide a 1 year warranty. - wire feed rate is in METERS PER MINUTE! No way to change it either. If you're in the US, you'll need to divide inches/minute by 39.37 to get the proper feed speed. - Gas inlet is a 1/4" hose barb instead of a standard flare gas fitting. You'll need to make an adapter. There are multiple Youtube videos that describe it - older Everlast machines had the same issue. - Control panel consists of rotary encoders and membrane buttons. OK I suppose in general but I've never been impressed with the long term reliability of membrane keypads. This may be just me being picky, but that kind of keypad is on my washing machine and it is wearing out after 10 years. YMMV Again, I can't stress enough my caution concerning the apparent lack of any support website whatsoever. I'm not sad at all about buying this - I am a relatively sophisticated buyer. I do think this would be a great machine for a hobbyist/home shop kind of thing or even light commercial work. If the documentation and tech support was there I would whole-heartedly recommend to a beginner

Superb Customer Support!
Well, I am certainly surprised with my MIG200 welder from Azzuno! I had hoped for a good purchasing experience, but we're all a little worried that there will be a hitch in the process. My 'hitch' was the shipping carrier not providing careful handling of my product. This resulted in a welder received with scratches on it's side (see 2nd image). This of course, was not a fault of the welder, but one of shipping. What you need to pick up on here is next. I contacted Azzuno through Amazon of course, and explained about the shipping scratches, and the booklet that came with the unit which had typing so small I couldn't read it. Being new to MIG, I would need to be able to use a well written user manual, but couldn't read the user booklet. But Azzuno attended to issues promptly. They immediately sent me a link to their user manual in PDF! I did recommend that they place that link on their ad web page. Azzuno also told me that they would replace the welder with a new one, which I received yesterday, double-boxed! The KEY here, if you've managed to stay with me this far is - There are literally dozens of companies out there selling 200 amp 4-in-1 welders, so which one do you go with? Yes the welders are not Exactly the same, but very close, so it ALWAYS comes down to SERVICE. It's not a perfect, so !@#$%^ happens! Therefore, you need to protect yourself with a company that not only makes a good welder, but also offers Great Service. And no, I don't have any associations with Azzzuno, I'm just a happy customer. Azzuno not replaced my welder with a new unit, but did it in a very timely manner. They didn't beat around the bush on it. I give them 5 stars on this because They Earned It. Now, onto the welder! It's a great welder so far Ample size digital Amp/Voltage readouts - a biggie for me 200 Amps - I've already arc welded and flux welded with it, and it was great. Need to get my gas tanks High Quality Cables - another biggie - I'm an engineer) - You could walk on these cables (but try not to) It's a little heavier than I imaged an inverter would be, but I've already made a nice welding cart so ok It performs well, and is an attractive piece of hardware, with the gas input in the rear (wanted that!) Has many 'auto' features (read them on the ad) that you will like, and comes with everything you'll need. All in all, I'm happy with this welder, and more importantly, very happy with this vendor! Azzuno will take care of you...

Azzuno came thru!
Update (2/26/2024). Let me reiterate, I think this is a GOOD welder! My issue was a lack customer support. After this review was originally submitted, Azzuno contacted me immediately offering a full refund on the welder. I told them I had already returned the welder to Amazon for a refund. They offered to send me a new one free. I was floored by this offer. I have now received the new machine and will put it thru its paces. I know it performs well. After many emails with Azzuno, I can say, once you are able to get a hold of them, their customer support is top notch. They just need to look at any "Contacts Us" requests they receive thru their website and act promptly on them. That was my issue. That has since been resolved. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WELDER!!! Update (2/10/2024): Even though I've seen that others have been able to reach Azunno customer service, I've tried multiple time on their website "Contact Us" link with no response at all. Even for a request as simple as asking for a welding chart has gone unanswered. If you value customer support, after the sale, DON'T go with this welder. I guess it's live and learn. I guess I'll end up returning this welder and going with another brand. Sad, because I do like this welder. I mount a 2lbs roll of .035 flux core on the wire roll holder. I screw the retainer nut on to hold the roll. When I start feeding wire, the nut starts unscrewing and eventually just falls off allowing the wire roll to fall off and birds nest. It's like the bolt to hold the rolls is about 1"-1.5" to short. You can't put the spring on because it applies way to much resistance to the wire roll to unwind. Azunno is living up to their LACK of customer support. They won't return email inquiries. I can't believe they expect Amazon to be able to answer questions and problems like this. All Amazon can do is accept a return and/or refund you or send you a new product. It's sad because I've seen a lot of good review videos on this welder. Come on Azzuno! Step up with your customer support! You've got a pretty good product here. But lack of customer support is going to sink it.

Failed under warranty, ZERO response from Azzuno
**Potential buyer: please beware.** **TLDR version: Azzuno is not responsive, does not stand behind the warranty. Amazon has stepped in but it has been a long process. Proceed to purchase this machine with caution. If there is an issue it may or may not be resolved.** Similar to a few recent one star reviews at about the same date I'm writing this, the welder completely failed within warranty. Would not feed wire from the torch or control buttons, and would not produce an arc. Similar issues from other reviewers. The product initially got good reviews, which gave me the comfort to purchase such an inexpensive welder. But I'm guessing some quality concerns are starting to arise with time. The welder worked well enough for one at its price point initially but failed within the warranty period with only limited, periodic hobby use...guessing it produced maybe 6 feet of bead total before failing. Contacted Azzuno at least 5 times over about 3 weeks through their contact page with ZERO response. Nothing even saying that they received a submission. Nothing. Raised the issue to Amazon in the hopes that that could intervene and hold Azzuno accountable. To their credit, Amazon has the helped somewhat but the process has been excruciatingly slow with many chats, calls, etc over a month rehashing the same info over and over. Finally one representative was able to make good progress for a refund, but they hit me with a surprise $50 restock fee that I'm currently escalating, so still waiting to be made fully whole. Hopefully Amazon recognizes the issues that are coming to light and has some recourse with Azzuno. I recommend caution when purchasing this welder and hope potential buyers recognize that any issue resolution may be very time consuming, if there is a resolution, at all.

Forget about price. This is just a great welder!
I've been welding for 50+ yrs. and used all different name brand machines and actually worked for a name brand welding manufacturer. I can honestly say this welder runs wire with the best of those big name welders. Auto set feature is great but I need to add about 1 more volt to get the welds to flatten out real good. So far I've run .023 and .030 wire on 20 gauge to 1/4" steel and have not found a setting that gives it problems. One thing, if you buy one for welding .023" wire you cant go any longer than 10 ft. on the wire feed or it will birds nest, I tried a 15 ft. torch cable and there was no way to get it to feed that distance. !0 ft. is great with no problems. There's my $.02!
