This product does seem to help when taken on an empty stomach. I combine it with other brain boosters to good effect.

I'd been experiencing foggy/muzzy thinking for a few months. I checked and changed my diet, I changed up my movement routine (I don't really exercise), I tested myself and my memory using memorization puzzles and tests and simple things like memorizing a quote and attempting to recall it in writing an hour later. I also made sure I wasn't ill. It was very frustrating. I searched for a solution online and previous experience with supplements told me I knew they would work as long as I purchased the right ones. I'd not ever taken these, and the reviews were good while referencing symptoms that I had. I started taking these, as directed, and in 3 days began experiencing better recall. I continued to take these and after 2 weeks was sleeping well, able to think clearly as I read through briefs and case studies and wrote summaries and other material for clients. I'll be re-ordering soon because this works.

Not real sure about this one. Was taking Elevate before and this one seems to make me very very edgy. In the process of switching to something else!
