Good quality- have to dilute but works great once mixed.

I took my first gargle and I had to run up the stairs I can feel the mouthwash working instantly.

First read the directions and dilute it correctly. I simply was like some mouthwash in the cap and smidge of water and it was an “I messed around and found out type situation”. Works great

Highly recommend its use, but it does need to be diluted. Helps in achieving healthier gums and when diluted correctly can be used for gargling. Especially if you have a sore throat. I believe in this product so much that I have been purchasing it for a few years now an will continue to buy it. I have recommended it to my friends and family and have not heard a complaint as of yet.

suffering from post nasal drip i read this helped- it didnt help the post nasal drip but is a good mouthwash in general
