I mainly use this product while motorcycling in the spring, summer, and early fall. Its smooth texture makes it easy to slip my helmet on and keeps my earplugs securely in place. I appreciate the length, as it offers both wind and sun protection, keeping me cool in warm weather and warm in cooler conditions. It’s held up well after many washes and still works just as well as the day I got it. With my full-face helmet, once I figured out how to slide it on over this and keep everything in place, I only needed small adjustments for comfort. Overall, I’d definitely buy this product again if needed.

Fits well and is warm, especially as it comes further down the neck. However it's slightly closer to the outside edge of my eyes than the UA balaclava. It was a bit annoying at first but I've gotten used to it. It's also not as snug on the face as the UA, I have a big head and wear LG/XL hats so take that into consideration. Just a tip, if you wear it completely covering your nose and snow goggles over it, you're much more likely to get foggy goggles than you would have if you wear it slightly below your nostrils.

Great price, feels good, looks good. This is for use against sun, cold winds and offers some protection against cold. This will be great for our construction workers for both summer and winter months. And also great for running in cold early mornings. Light enough it can be used to protect against the sun, but also offers some protection against cold as long as it’s not freezing temperatures and you are moving around with it on. I will say it does fog up my glasses a bit but I just use contacts mostly. If you are using anti fog goggles you’ll probably be fine

I've owned five different balaclavas like this over the years. Two I ordered from Amazon were too tight at this price and the Carharrt one was too short around the neck. It was only designed to go over your chin not your mouth or nose. I've owned the expensive Under Armour balaclava like this and it is the exact same fit and design which is amazing! The only thing different is this has no logos or designs in it what so ever which I like and the fabric on this one is just slightly thinner. If you are active like walking and doing sports outside in the winter you don't want anything thicker than this or the Under Armour one because you don't want your face sweating and your face gets and feels hotter than any other part of your body, trust me these are warm enough if you are bot sitting still. Now if you intend to be sitting still in the freezing cold like ice fishing or sitting in a tree stand you want something thicker. If you ride bikes in the cold you need one of these! The wind on your face one a bike in the cold feels like acid. The "windproof" ones are not necessary for bikes. This these keep 90% of the wind off your skin. I'd definitely recommend this balavaca to a friend! I love it!

I know that warm breath hitting cold air will naturally cause condensation and some dampness — that’s unavoidable. But with this mask, the problem is noticeably worse than with any other balaclava I’ve used. Within a short time, the fabric around my mouth and nose was soaked, leaving me with an uncomfortable wet face for part of the day. The upside is that it fits well, feels lightweight, and does keep you warm overall. For casual use it might be fine, but for skiing or snowboarding in colder conditions, the moisture build-up is a real drawback compared to better masks I’ve tried.

This is a great balaclava, I ride a 5.5 mile to work on a bicycle and it keeps me warm and looking good I can't recommend it enough it's worth every penny has it keeps the wind out and at minus 5 it's toasty. Wish I new about the brand before now. 😉

Material is thinner then the photo makes it look. It does the trick of preventing bruises on my neck while playing paintball. It also helps prevent my mask from fogging.
