It does exactly what’s advertised, just a bit small, fairly good quality and clips onto seat with ease.

I wanted a net/barrier to across the seats in my car to prevent the dog from trying to get in the front (along with car seat and harness). I only have a fiat 500, so a small car, but this net is tiny, and doesn't really create the barrier it shows in the photo, there's quite a gap underneath where the dog can easily get through.The clips are quite flimsy compared with the strength of the elastic, I don't think it would take much for them to break, and the elastic is so tight that I couldn't move the front seat forward to get in the back.I don't really know what else it could be used for, as it's useless in the car, but I can't be bothered to send it back.I suppose you get what you pay for. If you want a dog guard/barrier, don't go for this.

Absolutely mis-sold - way smaller than advertised!
