Product was exactly what I ordered

Poor Quality for games workshop, and poor quality for what you pay

Bought this and returned it shortly after arrival. Not acceptable for the asking price. Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game is one of Games Workshop's (GW) better games and just received a wonderful rules update (December 2024), alongside a select update in its model range which looks genuinely exciting and fresh. I purchased the product here in the hopes they'd match GW's current production standards and for $80, can't see how the value is here. You're getting 2 small spures for models dated to 2003, five riders of even date, and 1 ring wraith. That last model is stunning but can't make up for the item's way too high asking price. Please compare this to the production, casting, and detailing quality that GW brings to its other model ranges (e.g., Orruk Spearhead), where you'll get 2-3 the amount of models for $100-$120 and their quality is 20 years better (as it should be).

So basically everything was here and everything was in great condition with the exception of one of the character bases. If the base had snapped in half that would be totally fine, I could just glue it back together, however they had given me only half a base, like the entire other half was just not in the bag. This ruined the magic, my heart is broken, but other than that everything was present and fine. I would have given a higher review but in my mind if one piece is ruined, the product itself is ruined.
