The taste is tooo good worth for money

I quit after 6 days. Taste awful, smells like henna. I am started loosing my appetite from day 4. I feel full with in first 4-5 bite of my meal. Even drinking water was miserable. Is it working? I am not sure. Day 1 i had excessive bowl movement. I decided to go on with it. But after 6 days I don't feel like it and I quit.
