I am 120kg (260lbs), so I wanted something well constructed and sturdy as a step stool, and this product delivers. It doesn't move or strain under my weight and I confidently use it regularly.The sides don't seem to fully flatten and lock out, by design for better rigidity, which made me think there was something wrong with the product I received until I looked underneath and saw the alignment stops and realised it was by design.The still folds completely flat when not in use making it easy to store.My only grumble, and hence losing a star, is that it is easy to trap your hands in it when closing it down if you don't do so by partially lifting the handle and then adjusting your grip to avoid catching your fingers. Fine for an adult but I wouldn't let my child use it unattended, so not so good as a kiddy stool IMHO.

Excellent height, sturdy, folds up compact. I would definitely how I've managed without it!. I'm small, it's a good height for cleaning the windows behind the kitchen sink, standing on to dust ceilings etc. Initially I wasn't keen on the colour, but it turns out to be practical. A good buy

Seems to work ok but not as solid feeling as the other ones we have - they tend to flex a bit when stood on. The handle also isn’t good - you have to pick them up the right way round as you can’t get your fingers through from one side; this also makes them harder to carry.
