The bars have a chewiness like fruit leather and a mild (natural) sweetness. I like them best with hot coffee or hot tea. I nibble a bit, roll it around on my tongue and let the fruit flavors release. By keeping your blood sugar low and constant, you will feel full longer and therefore eat less."So, Nature Valley and Quaker bars are cheaper but you're more likely to eat more than one and with each you'll consume an ingredient list that includes high fructose corn syrup, glycerin, artificial colors (Yellows 5 & 6 Lake, Red 40 Lake, Blue 1 Lake), and vegetable shortening.Yeah, I'm switching to That's It Premium Fruit Bars, too.Rating: Five stars

Flavor is pretty good. Quality is good, except... you get at least one free apricot pit particle in every bar! Not the kind of bonus that I had hoped for. I don't think that I cracked my tooth, but it did rattle my head around. Ugh!

My absolute favorite fruit snack. A little pricey, but so delicious. I will continue to buy.
