This product is just lovely. Perfect lighting and just the right snood fan speeds. Very easy to use either the remote. Very easy to assemble.

We have the same issue as other reviewers. Worked great for 1 year, then stopped responding to the remote. We can still turn the light on/off with the wall switch but there’s no way to control the fan other than the remote.

First, this is a beautiful fixture. The wrought iron is solid and well made and made it through shipping without harm. The fixture is 20" wide, the fan is a lot smaller. The fan is simulated wood and looks a little chintzy but not too bad. It's all one piece and already assembled so no need to screw paddles on. It is 6 speeds and does give a heck of a punch for its size without blowing the hair off your head.. My fan can't with a card inside explaining how to hook it up to Bluetooth for mobile operation (along with a remote.) Everything worked but pairing the fan, it asked for a code to do that. I spoke with the company who tried to blame it on my phone, then ability to read and then just told me my model didn't work with Bluetooth. Why put an instruction card in with it? Why does it show up as a nearby item to pair. Why isn't there a code? Why doesn't your app work to pair it, or you just give me the code? For the customer service responsiveness A+, resolution F. Overall happiness B. I do love the fixture, it has a remote and works the way I'd like it to, nothing to return the item over. But bluetooth would have been really nice, please do not taunt me next time...

Bought because it matches my bedroom lamps. Love the way it looks and the fan is super neat too. Gets the air moving and has a remote control! 😁

This fan/light is beautiful and exactly what I wanted for a bedroom. I got the crystal “white” option (its chrome metal and crystal on the parts you see and white on the motor part) and it arrived completely assembled and includes the bulbs. The remote is very easy to pair—you just turn on the wall switch and hit a center button on the remote, after the fan is wired/installed. You can also change the color of the lights (bright white, warm white, and a soft white). One thing I did not know until I received the fan is that you can use a mobile app to control it. I have not tried this feature yet but it’s an added bonus if you’re worried about having only 1 remote. The fan works great and puts out plenty of air, with 6 speeds plus forward/reverse option. My bedroom is approx 12.5’ x 12’ and this fan is the perfect size. The exterior packaging on the product arrived completely smashed up and some of the interior styrofoam was even smashed, but the light was not damaged (much to my surprise considering the condition of the shipping box). I am extremely pleased with this fan/light and recommend it to anyone looking for a low profile light/fan in this style!

I purchased this unit to have a fan that allows you to install the LED light that works best. The LED lamps that come with the unit produce poor low light. The HUEOCZW 20 (Updated) has a remote that controls the fan speed and I assumed, dim the light. Plus, you can download an APP for this device. Well, the app is not registered to Google Play store and must be side loaded. The app needs a lot of work. The direction implies to dim the light you need the app. It turns out that this is not true, it has the settings to dim the light, but it does nothing. As for what you get, no mounting screws to hold the support bracket to the ceiling box. No wire nuts to connect the power and ground. As I mentioned no screws to mount the celling bracket, but the bracket included would not be legal in the United States. It has no clear opening to pass the power wires from the box to the fixture. It forces you to run the wire through support slots. Very dangerous as this could cut the isolation. I ended up cutting one of the slots to create a clear opening. As I stated, the fixture looks good. It has a tiny fan that works acceptability at different speeds. If what you want is a low profile fan with light sockets, this unit meets your needs but keep in mind it can not as of this writing dim the light.

It’s so pretty and was pretty easy to install. The fan air flow is pretty strong considering the smaller size of the fan. It has 6 settings for the air flow. I love it and the remote works perfect. No noise, super bright and has 3 different light settings. I can’t figure out the app but it’s a quality light and fan combo.

This light fixture provided both a light and fan feature which was both useful and attractive. I had been looking for something to replace our ceiling fan in the bedroom and I finally found it.

The remote stopped working after 1 year. There is no other way to turn on the fan. The light fixture is beautiful but useless now without the fan. I do not recommend this product.

Light and fan both look and work great, but only appear to work through the supplied remote (both the light and the fan). The light switch doesn't operate the lights anymore with this fixture.

UPDATE: in less than a year the remote no longer works, so the fan is useless. Zero customer support available- means we’re buying another light because the cheap little remote is a piece of junk. Easy to install - Looks awesome - The warm light is really pretty - The fan works great. I’m extremely pleased with this light fixture.
