I ordered the 1/2 inch heel lift because one leg is shorter than the other and was causing iliotibial (IT) band pain at the knee of the shorter leg. A different brand of lift alleviated that pain but did not stay in place so I wanted to try another brand. This lift is comfortable and seems very well made but I knew immediately that it did not add as much height as the first brand. With the lift inserted in the left shoe, I measured the inside distance at the back of the heel as compared to the right shoe with no lift and the lift added not quite 3/8 inch. It may be coincidence but the IT band has started tweaking me again though not yet as much as before I used any lift. This product should add as much height as advertised.

I need a 1/2 “ lift in 1 shoe and this product does that well. The soft material is kind on your feet yet sturdy. The sticky substance on the bottom doesn’t last long but the lifts seem to stay in place anyway.

Stays in the shoe became of sticky. Not sure how long, but it is solid and gives as needed

I got these to see if using them to make up for having a shorter right leg would work. I just walked an e tire day without pain for the first time in about 10 years! These are super comfy and I dont even feel them. No slippage inside my shoe at all! I will be recommending these to others, they are just as good as the 70+ dollar others I've seen advertised.

Hubby likes, especially that there is a wide verison for him. They stopped sticking very quickly but that is not a big issue.
